"The staff were so helpful in sorting out tours and transport arrangements. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good but the staff were the stars of the show being so very helpful and making calls for us to the bus company and arranging tours."

"Nyere hotel i god stand. Fin størrelse værelser og dejlig stort badeværelser. Børneseng var sat frem og klar til brug. Ligger centralt midt i byen i gå-afstand til det meste og med privat parkering tilknyttet."

Der var omkørsel og vejarbejde, hvilket hotellet med fordel kunne have informeret om, så havde det været nemmere at finde.

"Super fint hotel til prisen, der ligger i gåafstand til alt, du skal se i Monaco. Virkelig value for money i det ellers dyre land. Der var, hvad vi skulle bruge. Flinkt personale. Der er kun trapper til værelserne, som har mindre badeværelser, men det gjorde ikke os noget som helst. Vi fik lov til at have vores bagage på hotellet efter checkout og indtil vi skulle flyve sent om aftenen. Vi prøvede ikke morgenmaden."

Nogle af dørene på etagen trængte til at blive smurt og knirkede helt vildt meget, så vi blev vækket om natten, når andre gæster kom og gik. Udover det var der dejligt stille.

At der var meget koldt pga varme problemer men personalet løste det.

The city itself was pretty boring, nothing to do and nothing really close by. Ofcourse this has nothing to do with the hotel

"The chinese food restaurant was fantastic. The rooms were clean and great for the price. Even though the restaurant was closed in the morning, the owner brought us each a coffee when we went searching for one. Would stay again."

que pase calor en la habitación, no habian prendido el aire porque decia que iba a bajar la temperatura, pero la habitacion tenia una ventana hacia un pulmon donde no ingresaba aire, por lo tanto, no pudimos descansar muy bien por el calor.

"Отель новый, все как на фото и в описании, туалетные принадлежности есть (мыло, гель для душа, шампунь, зубная щетка) , имеются халаты и тапочки, чайник и чашки."

Жили на третьем этаже, лестницы очень крутые, взрослым людям будет тяжело подниматься. Завтрак был включен, ожидание было, конечно, другое, но увы, сервис оставляет желать лучшего. Утром пошли на завтрак, девушка, встретившая нас с ходу сказала, что кроме яичницы ничего нет. В итоге принесли яичницу с колбасой, на вопрос из какого мяса, ответила грубо, что не знает. На 4 человека дали один чайник чая, попросили дополнительно еще чайник, но это уже было платным. В номере не помешало бы поставить большое зеркало и светильники. Думаю, такие мелочи дали бы уют в номерах.

El desayuno es muy tarde. Entiendo que debería ser más temprano. Ya que a las 9 es muy tarde y no hay nada cerca para desayunar.
