"Rent pænt og iorden, konduite, vi fik lov at have værelserne en halv dag længere, uden ekstra omk. Så det passede med vi kunne køre i lufthavnen."

Por ahí tener un colcha de verano o similar. Y que el baño tenga cortina a fin de que no se moje todo al bañarse. Igual todo correcto.

Probably just the traffic and noises makes by vendor as the hotel is opposite the national library. Hence many youngsters hangout there everyday and worst is over the weekend.

Terrassen som hører til værelset er skøn og hyggelig at opholde sig på, hvorfra man kunne nyde udsigt til have/strand og havet på samme tid. Vi havde halvpension og har kun ros til restauranten. Dejlig mad og der var altid pænt, ryddeligt i buffen, og der var et kæmpe udvalg af mad - noget for en hver smag. Dykkercenter Whitetip Divers lige i nærheden, som havde gode bådeture med både snorkling og dykning."

Elendig belysning på badeværelse. Man måtte ikke side udenfor og spise i restauranten, selvom der var borde og stole, øv når der er sådan en skøn udsigt.

The only challenge I encounter which requires some improvement is the internet connectivity especially the WFI coverage and connectivity which at times it is very weak while in the room. Otherwise everything else provided by the hotel is exceptionally outstanding.

Very small rooms, food options r limited and very expensive, exchange rate at reception is very poor, toiletries in room is very limited, not easy to find a taxi, no mini markets/shops around.

"The hotel is in a very central location, meaning that you can easily navigate by foot or by taxi to many of the malls that you are close by. The breakfast is amazing and sufficiently varied to satisfy most palates."

Prices are very high, but the normal for French Guyana. Kourou is not a city for pedestrians. So, there is no good location - everything is far for a walk. By car, it is really close to the space center.

The breakfast a bit poor

"Breakfast was good and most of the time it has variety. Staff are fantastic.The omelette bar was the best as the other hot food is in bain-marie and is not as good."

Great room and fabulous views of the bay. I loved waking up in the morning and watching the boats going up and down the bay.

Det er et meget stort hotel, så meget upersonligt. Restauranten var malet sort og var ikke særlig inspirerende og virkede kold i stemningen.

Main dining area felt rather utiltarian. Food was fine , service friendly. The bingo/ karaoke evening was good fun

"I was able to book a room just before midnight of the same night (in the app it says 24 hours front desk). When I arrived, the doors were closed. I was able to call and they were able to open the doors after I woke them up and accommodated me but it's quite a surprise if it says 24 hours front desk and then it actually isn't..."

Meget støj i lokalområdet. De lokale havde jule/nytårsferie og stranden var meget fyldt med glade og venlige lokale. Desværre synes nogen af dem at de skulle spille meget højt om aftenen (ikke nat).

"Affordable price.. location.. view.. amazing reciption staff.. i think the breakfast boufe is the best in kuwait... the bed is so comfy.. chick in took only 1 minute with a very nice smile from the 2 ladies were in the front desk."

Restauranten kunne godt udvikle sit tilbud til vegetarer. Der var kun én ret, som ikke var særligt spændende (risotto). Fisken var fin

"We stayed in a club room which gave us access to the Club Lounge. The lounge was excellent great food all day and the staff were exceptional. When you consider we were trapped in the Hotel because of the war we could not have been in a better place. Everyone was caring and so helpful. Wonderful Hotel made so by the staff"

"I had a really great stay here; the staff were friendly and helpful, my room was spacious and very comfortable; the breakfast buffet was tasty and varied and the two restaurants served excellent food. Despite the high quality and fact Kempinski is an international premium brand, the room rates and restaurant prices were very reasonable"

Please note the hotel is about a 30 minute walk from the main square and public taxis are very few. To get around, you need to have a Mongolian SIM to use the taxi apps, master the bus system, of hitchhike

"The room was spacious, clean and had a huge comfortable bed. The room also had amazing views of the sea, and islet de Gosier as well a cool terrace. Coffee facilities and air conditioning in the room. I loved the open air lounge/dining area too - very unique - the art exhibition added glamour! Then the private beach and pool was also a treat."

The beach area tables and lounges needs to be cleaned more regularly.

Der var intet vindue i vores værelse, på trods af vi bookede en deluxe værelse. Hvad skal der så til, for at få et vindue? Poolen lå i skygge.. vi ville gerne gave nydt sol og pool, så vi kunne ligeså godt have valgt hotel uden pool.

At der ikke var et køleskab på værelset til at holde egne drikkevarer kolde - men dejligt, der til gengæld var automat med kolde drikkevarer ved receptionen.
