"God beliggenhed ved Victoria-søen. Gode muligheder for hjælp til ture, massage og manicure. Fin lille restaurant på hotellet. Der var en flagermus på en af vores værelser, da vi ankom - vagten hjalp os med at få den ud af værelset."

"Borel is exception in my opinion, i have visited the property two times and enjoyed my stay each time. The location is perfect if you are looking for a place to rest, privacy, good security and comfort. Bonamousadi market is not far from the residence, very easy to get into the city if you want to."

From my experience, alot has improved. The internet speed is far better, reaction time for is very good, and the staffs are true human in their interaction with me. I think they have mastered the act of hospitality. I will visit again in my next trip.

Der manglede et bruseforhæng på badeværelset, der kan meget vand på gulvet ved bad. Manglede en kaffemaskine/ espresso , hvor man kan bruge sin egen kaffe . Sengen var lidt hård og der manglede lidt puder.

Gardinerne er for små det kan sagtens være længere på en praktisk måde, for det er svært at bruge persiennerne fordi snøret jan ikke bruges ellers ok

"Workers were very close and friendly. The room was clean and the apartment is located just Next to the Stone Bridge. I recommend this aprt."

"We tried 3 different hostels in UB and this one was the best by far. It is cheap (around 7€ per night), very clean, modern, the beds in the dormitory are very good, and most of all, the hosts are super nice. Yuka and her family made us feel really welcome, and Yuka is super funny. After 1 week there it felt like home. I definitely recommend this place !"

"Gorgeous view of Treichville. Thoughtful renovations, like a luxury hotel. The kitchenette was adequate and I appreciated the complimentary bottles of water. Hot showers and air conditioning. Great location in the centre of Plateau but note that the neighbourhood is deserted after sunset and on weekends. Still, I felt safe because of the security guards around important buildings."

Only one functioning elevator. Location and elevator can be difficult to find. Check-in instructions could be more descriptive. There are no signs for the apartment suites on the ground floor. The elevator is on the right passage as you walk inside the building. The reception is on the 14th floor.

No refrigerator, the double bed is made from two single beds, old tv, small amount of sockets.

The apartment was very well equipped but really quite small for 4 people

The only downside was the lack of basic hygiene items like towels and soap. Overall, a great place to stay!

"We stayed in the apartment A402, I believe their are a number of units rented in the complex. We had underground parking a few steps from the lift. The apartment is spacious with a great terrace with great views, including Mont Blanc in the distance. It was very well kitted out and very comfortable. I felt it was good value for the price we paid."

The beds and bed linen are ok (clean) but could do with an upgrade. The bathroom could also do with an upgrade, remove the bath and put in a shower, and upgrade the lighting, but that is just my opinion. The WiFi is a bit hit and miss, it is been connected through a Netgear Router from the apartment directly above.

Bedding. I personally prefer white sheets for places to stay. It's the only way I can tell 100% that my bed is clean.

A bit off the beaten path - we were aware of it and it didn't bother us, but be prepared for 1 km or so of dirt road until you get there.

"Nous avons passé quelques jours très agréables dans ce bel appartement. Les propriétaires étaient très accueillants et très gentils et la communication avec Mme Gisela était excellente. L'appartement était très joli, tout propre, tout neuf et très bien équipé."

"Nice apartment, nice terrace overlooking the pool and with partial sea view. The ceiling fans were very good and enough to keep the apartmrent cool and we did not need the aircon. The owner had been very friendly and responsive. Just a few meters walk to a long stretch of beach with few people around. Free use of beach chairs and sunshades"

Air conditioning did not work in the living room but was not a problem because we did not need it. The only problem was after we checked out when we received a message from the owner saying that we had forced open a closet and damaged some beach towels. I have explained the owner how things really went and I believe that it was fiundamentally a misunderstanding and the problem was likely caused by the people in charge of the cleaning/maintenance of the apartment or some previous guests, since the owner lives in Europe. To be fair the owner did not ask us to pay anything it was just her complaining about us having done something that we did not do.

Nok de værste senge jeg har sovet i. Der var meget plads til forbedring. Hvis jeg havde vidst, de var så ringe, så havde jeg valgt et andet sted.

"Framragende beliggenhed med næsten eventyrligt kig til både hav, fjelde og vandfald. Vi havde en god kommunikation med ejer, og huset indeholder alt hvad du kan have behov for, er rent og af god kvalitet."

Tappen op til selve lejligheden er lidt stejl hvilket godt kan være et problem for en dårligt gående

Walking around the neighborhood because too many dogs. Though most were chained but their threatening bucks and sometimes meeting unchained ones scared me off. I don’t like dogs!

From day 1 the ceramic cook top on the stove did not work.They sent a man to look at it, he could not get it to work.Nothing was done to try and fix it for the 7 days we were there.. No sharp knife to cut meat etc.no can opener. No hair conditioner. No phone to call reception, we were on the 9th floor. Had to keep going up and down to see them for anything you needed. No came to clean our room or even change our towels for the 7 days we were there.We had to go down to reception to request clean towels.Then they insisted we brought the used ones to them 1st, before giving us clean ones.But this shocked us the most, they said if we wanted .more clean ones later in the week, we had to PAY for them. The washing machine did not work properly. The TV did not work, had to get someone up to reprogram it. Neither coffee or tea was provided. But they had a coffee machine in the lobby,BUT that did not work either for the 7 days we were there. They said they had a small shop to sell essentials. But it was hardly ever open, we it was it had next to nothing in it. They have a roof top swimming pool, which trying to getvin and out of was really dangerous. The bars you held onto were not fixed properly with screws to hold it in place missing. The top step was missing altogether, when we tried to get in , not realizing the top step was not there I slipped down to the second step missing it going between it and the wall getting stuck, my wife still not in the pool and a man in the pool has to help me out, really scary and dangerous. I told reception about it , they apologized saying they would send a maintenance man to look at it.But like everything else they said they would fix, NOTHING was done for the 7 days we were there, consequently we did not use the pool again. The water in the taps and shower were far far too hot , scalding hot 🔥, very dangerous.

"Everything - excellent comms (from the clear instructions on how to find the apartment, how to pick up the keys and answering any questions I had); the size of the apartment, how well maintained it was, the clean, soft and fresh linen and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The hosts are thoughtful and took great care to make my stay feel comfortable, clean and relaxing. I really loved the double aspect of the apartment, with a view of the Rock from my balcony and a view of the sea from my bedroom. Would not hesitate to stay again. Thank you so much!"
