Construction/renovations going on (some days loud). There was a huge cockroach in my room. These were both minor inconveniences for me, the rest of the stay was phenomenal.

"It's on the beach, right as you want it to be at a place like Turks. The atmosphere is, in general, very cozy, and the overall premises work well. It gives out a relaxed mood and the sea in front of the hotel is superb. They actually provide ice free of charge, which eventually proved to be very helpful. The room was quite good and spacious. They are, though, a bit old, but they still provide a good stay, and everything worked as expected."

The service at the restaurant is quite slow. Some technical stuff in the rooms can be improved, such as the shower and the sockets.

I also really liked the stylish and cozy bar area. The interior design is beautiful and thoughtfully done. You can clearly see the creative ideas behind the concept, all focused on making guests feel comfortable. The team work of the staff is impressive. Service is smooth and professional. The food is delicious, breakfasts and lunch were excellent. The spa area is another highlight, especially the hammam and the pool with refreshing ice cold water.Wonderful! Overall, a very comfortable and welcoming hotel that fully deserves a high rating. I would definitely stay here again."

The only downside is the soundproofing. You can hear what is happening in the hallway, especially when guests check in or out or use the shower nearby. The room 105 could benefit from better noise insulation.

It’s a bit way out to get to any bars or restaurants on foot- St.Lawrence Gap, £10 e/w, for amenities. Walk at your peril the roads & drivers are haphazard & it takes a good half hour if you’re relatively fit!

"Our NGO had a conference in the hotel. the staff was excellent in preparing the conference room and addressing out needs. The conference catered food was excellent. I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and had breakfast every day. After the first 2 days, I realized that one could order eggs or omelet. Which was fine but why didn't they tell me at the beginning? Fruit selection was good. Coffee was also good. the wam milk for coffee was frequently empty but refilled on request."

Not enough equipment to use kitchen. Had to ask for glasses. lower floor quite noisy from the bar downstairs. Also had to ask for a quilt as there was only a sheet on the bed and we were cold.

Der manglede rigtig juice ved morgenmaden. Vi fandt heller ikke baked beans eller yoghurt eller müsli, selvom der ellers var meget forskelligt inklusiv en masse god kage.

"Moderne hotel velbeliggende ikke langt fra det absolutte centrum af Jerevan. Der er alt, hvad man har brug + en hel del mere. Det er denne del, der øger prisen i forhold til de hoteller, der kun har hvad man har brug for. Hvis man sætter pris på alt det, man ikke behøver, er dette et godt valg, fordi prisen selv med disse ekstra goder, er ganske rimeligt - set med europæiske øjne."

"Skønne omgivelser, hyggeligt hotel/poolområde, dog trænger værelserne det til en opgradering, for at være 4-stjernet hotel. Madrasserne i sengen var "hule", og badeværelset var slidt. Terrassen som hører til værelset er skøn og hyggelig at opholde sig på, hvorfra man kunne nyde udsigt til have/strand og havet på samme tid. Vi havde halvpension og har kun ros til restauranten. Dejlig mad og der var altid pænt, ryddeligt i buffen, og der var et kæmpe udvalg af mad - noget for en hver smag. Dykkercenter Whitetip Divers lige i nærheden, som havde gode bådeture med både snorkling og dykning."

"First of all, the Lodge is absolutely beautiful. We loved the architecture and attention to detail in every corner. The service was excellent, and the staff were very warm and welcoming, especially Allan who made us feel truly cared for. Special thanks to Silvia for her wonderful management and for creating such a peaceful quiet and relaxing experience. It was truly a charming stay at Lonno Lodge and we would gladly return and Watamu as a city is a very beautiful place very worth visiting Jonas & Siam"

"Hotellet kan godt anbefales! Det var en rimelig god morgenmad, servicen var super omkring morgenmaden og generelt var personalet professionelle og venlige! Værelset var med lækker udsigt og nemt tilgængeligt. Bilen var parkeret i p-kælderen, som var låst, hvilket var trygt. Der var rengøring hver dag, hvis man ønskede det. Poolen var skøn at bruge, og vandet var rimelig ok temperatur. Generelt set var vi meget tilfredse med hotellet."

Parkeringen kostede 10 euro per dag, det var ret dyrt. Kan se på andre anmeldelser, at det er steget. Der gik lang tid fra man tændte for det varme vand, til der kom varmt vand. Ville klart anbefale, at de investerede i nye brusekabiner, da nuværende er utætte. Køleskabet på værelset virkede ikke på trods af forsøg på forskellige indstillinger. Ift. poolen kunne de overveje at udvide den lille pool, så den er lidt mere spændende for de små (vi rejste med en 2-årig), da nuværende lille pool blot er cirka 1,5 m x 1,5 m stor. Vi havde desuden anmodet om en børneseng - vi fik en ekstra seng ind på værelset, men det var blot en lav ekstra voksenseng, som vores barn ikke kunne sove i, da der ikke var tremmer eller anden beskyttelse.
