"The hotel is near Main Street so easy walking distance to the shops and Casemates. We booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 children. There was plenty of room and everything was clean and tidy. The staff are exceptional. So friendly and helpful. I would definitely book again."

"There was a member of staff that stood out as well as all the others. His name was Sam and he helped me out above his duty. He is a credit to the Bristol hotel throughout. I must also appreciate the help that others have done and say that the atmosphere and comfort was another outstanding experience."
