"Nice apartment, nice terrace overlooking the pool and with partial sea view. The ceiling fans were very good and enough to keep the apartmrent cool and we did not need the aircon. The owner had been very friendly and responsive. Just a few meters walk to a long stretch of beach with few people around. Free use of beach chairs and sunshades"

Air conditioning did not work in the living room but was not a problem because we did not need it. The only problem was after we checked out when we received a message from the owner saying that we had forced open a closet and damaged some beach towels. I have explained the owner how things really went and I believe that it was fiundamentally a misunderstanding and the problem was likely caused by the people in charge of the cleaning/maintenance of the apartment or some previous guests, since the owner lives in Europe. To be fair the owner did not ask us to pay anything it was just her complaining about us having done something that we did not do.

"Breakfast quite good . But one day the coffee machine spoil and cannot do the coffee. If possible need to have one spare coffee machine in case one not working then can use the spare one."

Install one coffee machine in the room like Nespresso machine so we can enjoy coffee in the room

"1. 10/10 on locationCentrally located, easily accessible via public transit (taxis and metro). 2. Airy, nice large windows and true to pictures. It had all the things one may need during travel or extended stay. Would recommend to family and friends. 3. Host tried their best to answer our queries"

Can do with minor repairs in the washroom like the shower head kept popping out

"Very good value apartment sooo close to the gondola. Very comfortable for the two of us. We were able to extend our stay by an extra night to take advantage of great skiing conditions rather than leaving the room and packing up our stuff. Dominic was super helpful and efficient in organising this for us. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it. Televisions in both lounge and bedroom and large ones too. Parking though it costs each day is a bonus - parking underground when cars were getting buried in the snow outside was fab! Looking at the prices of other places whilst Encamp is not the most buzzing place this aparthotel is definitely value for money."

Our room had a very small kitchenette as the stairs took away part of the apartment so would choose a different apartment next time. Not a criticism but an addition to what would be helpful to guests include: hooks on doors as the only hooks were in the bathroom and we really needed to hang up our wet ski gear! Also some notes advising guests of facilities eg how the rubbish system works with the different coloured bags and bins and if staying for a few days the rubbish containers in the apartment are too small, maybe a little more cutlery would be nice. Aparthotel can't do anything about it but please manager be aware that the police are starting to man the traffic very early and like blowing their whistles all the time from about 7.30!

Der manglede et bruseforhæng på badeværelset, der kan meget vand på gulvet ved bad. Manglede en kaffemaskine/ espresso , hvor man kan bruge sin egen kaffe . Sengen var lidt hård og der manglede lidt puder.

"A very nice and well equipped apartment on the 8th floor. The young lady who represented the owners was very helpful and nice about everything. The lady who was responsible for cleaning did a superb job."

As I have a problem with a leg I wrote the owners beforehand to be assured that access to the apartment was easy and was informed that it was, however, when we arrived it turned out that we first had to access one building and take a lift four floors and then walk a bit to access the building with the apartment. It should also be mentioned that there was a problem with the lock on the door leading out to the street, and it was often difficult to open from the outside. For the first three nights we were assigned an other apartment one floor below that was not up to standard at all. We were, however granted a discount for the inconvenience. We had not been informed about this beforehand. The television in the apartment did not work, and was not fixed during our stay. The apartment was on the eight floor and there was no sign for emergency exit on the floor. The owners lived in Italy and all contact with them was through the young lady representing them in Mindelo.

The hosts are thoughtful and took great care to make my stay feel comfortable, clean and relaxing. I really loved the double aspect of the apartment, with a view of the Rock from my balcony and a view of the sea from my bedroom. Would not hesitate to stay again. Thank you so much!"

The rooms were clean and comfortable. My favorite part was the full kitchen . We were able to cook our own meals. Another favorite are was the washer and dryer. 3 rooms were located on the second floor and my family was very comfortable with the set up. The location was around 5 minute drive to Tumon beach and the malls. It's important to have a car rental when renting this apartments. It was a great value for money. I would stay here again"

"We stayed in the apartment A402, I believe their are a number of units rented in the complex. We had underground parking a few steps from the lift. The apartment is spacious with a great terrace with great views, including Mont Blanc in the distance. It was very well kitted out and very comfortable. I felt it was good value for the price we paid."

The beds and bed linen are ok (clean) but could do with an upgrade. The bathroom could also do with an upgrade, remove the bath and put in a shower, and upgrade the lighting, but that is just my opinion. The WiFi is a bit hit and miss, it is been connected through a Netgear Router from the apartment directly above.

Walking around the neighborhood because too many dogs. Though most were chained but their threatening bucks and sometimes meeting unchained ones scared me off. I don’t like dogs!
