Absolutely nothing that I didn't like

"The best location, I enjoy every moment I did really feel like I was at home. The owner don't humbug at you at all you don't even know is around. We had a Wi-Fi outage and he a sent digi 3 day plan to all his Tenants.."

We enjoy being near the ocean and forest. A great opportunity for all to rejuvenate mind and body. We were all able to relax and enjoy the private beach. We were very grateful and blessed for their assistance with the option of a late check-out and help with transport to Uturoa Airport. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The Kitchen/pantry storage and dining area's were clean perfect for our needs. We will be back. Tau Ke!!"

Bedding. I personally prefer white sheets for places to stay. It's the only way I can tell 100% that my bed is clean.

No refrigerator, the double bed is made from two single beds, old tv, small amount of sockets.

"The location on Grand Case beach is wonderful, especially as the unit has a walk out deck to the beach. We really loved being able to walk into town for dinner. There are so very many fantastic restaurants within walking distance. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom very dark. I love sleeping in and my early-riser husband loved sitting on the deck in the early morning .We also liked being able to use our Netflix account. Aurelie, the manager was helpful and quick to respond on Whatsapp to questions."

There were a few things that could be improved. There were only 3 shelves and no drawers to put our clothes away and some hooks would have been nice. The lounge chairs on the deck were very uncomfortable, which detracted from what should have a highlight. Although the soundproofing within the apartment was very good, the bass-pouding noise from the beach bar down the beach was overwhelming on the weekends and not good on other days. It didn't keep us up, but definitely interfered with our outside enjoyment.

Their professionalism and kindness truly made a difference. The property is also very well connected, which made getting around easy and convenient. Overall, an excellent experience and I would happily stay again."

"This is my second time staying at Mei Place and it’s been an absolute pleasure. The staff is super sweet, the rooms are cleaned every day. It’s very spacious and has a beautiful garden and rooftop with a pool. There’s even room to store food and drinks in the fridges and depending on which accommodation you book there’s even kitchens that you can use. It’s also located close to nyali center and the beach and a lot of nice restaurants! Well worth the price and I’d always recommend staying here."

"A very nice and well equipped apartment on the 8th floor. The young lady who represented the owners was very helpful and nice about everything. The lady who was responsible for cleaning did a superb job."

As I have a problem with a leg I wrote the owners beforehand to be assured that access to the apartment was easy and was informed that it was, however, when we arrived it turned out that we first had to access one building and take a lift four floors and then walk a bit to access the building with the apartment. It should also be mentioned that there was a problem with the lock on the door leading out to the street, and it was often difficult to open from the outside. For the first three nights we were assigned an other apartment one floor below that was not up to standard at all. We were, however granted a discount for the inconvenience. We had not been informed about this beforehand. The television in the apartment did not work, and was not fixed during our stay. The apartment was on the eight floor and there was no sign for emergency exit on the floor. The owners lived in Italy and all contact with them was through the young lady representing them in Mindelo.

Location was far from the main tourist centers in Nungwi and stone town. Suggest getting a car if you are there - lucky we had one. Otherwise great stay!

"Everything - excellent comms (from the clear instructions on how to find the apartment, how to pick up the keys and answering any questions I had); the size of the apartment, how well maintained it was, the clean, soft and fresh linen and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The hosts are thoughtful and took great care to make my stay feel comfortable, clean and relaxing. I really loved the double aspect of the apartment, with a view of the Rock from my balcony and a view of the sea from my bedroom. Would not hesitate to stay again. Thank you so much!"

Walking around the neighborhood because too many dogs. Though most were chained but their threatening bucks and sometimes meeting unchained ones scared me off. I don’t like dogs!

"God beliggenhed ved Victoria-søen. Gode muligheder for hjælp til ture, massage og manicure. Fin lille restaurant på hotellet. Der var en flagermus på en af vores værelser, da vi ankom - vagten hjalp os med at få den ud af værelset."
