Udstyret i køkken var alt for sparsomt. Eksempelvis kun 1 gryde - kun 1 gaffel - ingen elkedel .

Nada negativo

"The appartment is very clean and well organised. The WiFi quality was also good and you have a beautiful view on the sea. They even give you access to a netflix account so you can relax in front of the TV."

The fact that I had to spend only one day there😀. The appartment was already booked for the next day so I could not extend my stay.

"The property was charming, obviously an example of a typical village dwelling. It was very convenient to have a laundry on the premises that we could use as necessary."

Absolutely nothing that I didn't like

"Great view from the terrace, comfortable queen size bed, quiet area. The kitchen is small but has all equipment. The shower pressure is low bit low. Owners are responding on the spot and live just the house above! Any problem, they respond rapidly."

"This is my second time staying at Mei Place and it’s been an absolute pleasure. The staff is super sweet, the rooms are cleaned every day. It’s very spacious and has a beautiful garden and rooftop with a pool. There’s even room to store food and drinks in the fridges and depending on which accommodation you book there’s even kitchens that you can use. It’s also located close to nyali center and the beach and a lot of nice restaurants! Well worth the price and I’d always recommend staying here."

"We were meet by the owner Michel and his staff. All the staff were very accommodating and pleasant they made us all feel at home. The staff did their very best to ensure we enjoyed our stay, they were very attentive. The property was perfect for me and my whanau (family) we live near the ocean in NZ. We enjoy being near the ocean and forest. A great opportunity for all to rejuvenate mind and body. We were all able to relax and enjoy the private beach. We were very grateful and blessed for their assistance with the option of a late check-out and help with transport to Uturoa Airport. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The Kitchen/pantry storage and dining area's were clean perfect for our needs. We will be back. Tau Ke!!"

The limited spoken English at reception.

"We are a family of 6 and we spent 20 days in this 3 bedroom spacious and comfortable house with excellent facilities and everything worked well starting from the air conditioning in all of the rooms, the standby generator, kitchen appliances ie: boiler, washing machine, fridge, kettle, microwave, cooker etc, big smart TV with Netflix amazon prime in the living room. Located in the city centre and close to the shops and restaurants with easy street parking. The house also have a well maintained private front garden where residents can relax.. The house has been recently refurbished."

Frequent power cuts in the city but with a standby generator on site we always have electricity in J Nova residential.

"Breakfast quite good . But one day the coffee machine spoil and cannot do the coffee. If possible need to have one spare coffee machine in case one not working then can use the spare one."

Install one coffee machine in the room like Nespresso machine so we can enjoy coffee in the room

Nok de værste senge jeg har sovet i. Der var meget plads til forbedring. Hvis jeg havde vidst, de var så ringe, så havde jeg valgt et andet sted.

"easy stay, comfortable and sizeable for the value we paid, and very clean. Comes with a washing machine and premade breakfast in the fridge for us which is nice."

great location, nothing to not like.

"Fin lejlighed lidt uden for centrum, ca. 1/2 times vandring til centrum. Rigtig god plads i den lejlighed vi havde. Rigtig gode støjreducerende vinduer, så stille og roligt i lejligheden på trods at nytårsfyrværkeri. Lige overfor indgangen til lejligheden, er den en rigtig god cafe/bager med rigtigt godt brød, skyr og kaffe og rugbrød! Vi spiste morgenmaden her."

Der var for mange duftpinde, alt for kraftig duft. Lidt svært at lukke døren op til selve lejligheden med koden, denne skulle trykkes 2 - 3 gange før døren gik op.

The cooker didn't work

"Nice apartment, nice terrace overlooking the pool and with partial sea view. The ceiling fans were very good and enough to keep the apartmrent cool and we did not need the aircon. The owner had been very friendly and responsive. Just a few meters walk to a long stretch of beach with few people around. Free use of beach chairs and sunshades"

Air conditioning did not work in the living room but was not a problem because we did not need it. The only problem was after we checked out when we received a message from the owner saying that we had forced open a closet and damaged some beach towels. I have explained the owner how things really went and I believe that it was fiundamentally a misunderstanding and the problem was likely caused by the people in charge of the cleaning/maintenance of the apartment or some previous guests, since the owner lives in Europe. To be fair the owner did not ask us to pay anything it was just her complaining about us having done something that we did not do.

Bedding. I personally prefer white sheets for places to stay. It's the only way I can tell 100% that my bed is clean.

"Our whole family loved this place. The garden setting is beautiful and very well maintained, and the kids absolutely loved the pool — it was a real highlight for them. The location is superb: close to the beach and right by the marine reserve, which made for some of the best snorkelling we experienced. A fantastic spot for a relaxed family stay."

A bit off the beaten path - we were aware of it and it didn't bother us, but be prepared for 1 km or so of dirt road until you get there.

"Nice lively neighborghood, plenty of bars and food option nearby. The main sights are in a walking distance or a short drive by a taxi or bike. Nice staff. You can exchange euros at a good rate. View from the window"

The bathrooms seem a bit outdated and upgrading them would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

Meget svært at finde. Adressen er Friars Hill Road, men stedet har intet at gøre med denne adresse. Det er off Maple Hill Road hvor der burde være et skilt!! Nærmeste strand er ikke Yepton Beach, men Dickenson Bay!

Le prix un petit peu élevé, des travaux de rafraîchissement sont à prevoir. La piscine partagée avec d'autres locataires moins agréable : On a eu des ados pas très discrets.

"Apartamento totalmente remodelado, tem uma óptima localização mesmo perto da praia. A cozinha está bem equipada. A chave tem que se ir buscar ao café “Amadeu” onde o Sr. que nos recebeu foi bastante simpático e atencioso."

A limpeza podia ser melhor.

Toilet havde svært ved at skylle ud. For få og for dårligt inventar i køkkenet.

"Personalet var enormt søde og hjalp os hurtigt med, at få reguleret for varmen på værelset, da der var meget varmt ved indcheckning. Morgenmaden var rigtig god og placeringen af hotellet var kanon."
