The guy at reception messed up my check-out. He couldn't find my booking, said I must have done it privately, and even asked me what my room rate was! Then I told him it was on booking.com again and he said fine, you can go, (presumably cos my credit card guaranteed payment?) Then as I was about to go to the airport he called me back and said you still need to pay. But this is a fabulous place. That was just a minor frustration.

Y lo que más me agrado es que se puede usar el gimnasio del edificio. El apartamento esta muy cerca del aeropuerto, haciendo facil la llegada. Por la mañana no hay tráfico, además de que son puntuales para traer el transporte que me llevó al aeropuerto, por lo que llegué en el tiempo esperado, sin mencionar que tienen desayuno incluído, fueron tan amables de ponermelo para llevar ya que quería desayunar luego."

Udstyret i køkken var alt for sparsomt. Eksempelvis kun 1 gryde - kun 1 gaffel - ingen elkedel .

"Fin lejlighed lidt uden for centrum, ca. 1/2 times vandring til centrum. Rigtig god plads i den lejlighed vi havde. Rigtig gode støjreducerende vinduer, så stille og roligt i lejligheden på trods at nytårsfyrværkeri. Lige overfor indgangen til lejligheden, er den en rigtig god cafe/bager med rigtigt godt brød, skyr og kaffe og rugbrød! Vi spiste morgenmaden her."

Der var for mange duftpinde, alt for kraftig duft. Lidt svært at lukke døren op til selve lejligheden med koden, denne skulle trykkes 2 - 3 gange før døren gik op.

The hot water supply took a while to get used to but no issues thereafter.

"My family had a wonderful experience. The check in process was easy. It's important to inform the staff about time of arrival. Also I texted and emailed before hand and the staff were responsive. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My favorite part was the full kitchen . We were able to cook our own meals. Another favorite are was the washer and dryer. 3 rooms were located on the second floor and my family was very comfortable with the set up. The location was around 5 minute drive to Tumon beach and the malls. It's important to have a car rental when renting this apartments. It was a great value for money. I would stay here again"

Walking around the neighborhood because too many dogs. Though most were chained but their threatening bucks and sometimes meeting unchained ones scared me off. I don’t like dogs!

Ανυπόφορος θόρυβος τη νύχτα, εξαιτίας νεανικού club που λειτουργεί από κάτω. Χρειάζεται επειγόντως ισχυρή ηχομόνωση για περιορισμό του προβλήματος.

As I have a problem with a leg I wrote the owners beforehand to be assured that access to the apartment was easy and was informed that it was, however, when we arrived it turned out that we first had to access one building and take a lift four floors and then walk a bit to access the building with the apartment. It should also be mentioned that there was a problem with the lock on the door leading out to the street, and it was often difficult to open from the outside. For the first three nights we were assigned an other apartment one floor below that was not up to standard at all. We were, however granted a discount for the inconvenience. We had not been informed about this beforehand. The television in the apartment did not work, and was not fixed during our stay. The apartment was on the eight floor and there was no sign for emergency exit on the floor. The owners lived in Italy and all contact with them was through the young lady representing them in Mindelo.

"Excellent no complains great value for the price the nightly rates do not do justice to te quality clean spacious room full size kitchen and bathroom. If you are traveling on a budget I highly recommend this place. I'll be staying there next time. Very quiet also. AC also available and good quality WIFI."

"Our whole family loved this place. The garden setting is beautiful and very well maintained, and the kids absolutely loved the pool — it was a real highlight for them. The location is superb: close to the beach and right by the marine reserve, which made for some of the best snorkelling we experienced. A fantastic spot for a relaxed family stay."

Le prix un petit peu élevé, des travaux de rafraîchissement sont à prevoir. La piscine partagée avec d'autres locataires moins agréable : On a eu des ados pas très discrets.
