"Location is ok, 10 minutes walk to Somerset MRT station. Cleanness was ok, not spotted but acceptable. Air conditioning worked well. As the cheapest private room with private bathroom in the whole city this place is worth its price. Good contact with owner via whatsapp. I would come back."

The owner does not treat this place like a hotel, so for example, toilet paper is replaced by the guests themselves.

"We stayed 2 weeks at Finca Sagrada and we had a fantastic time. The owners and the stuff are all very lovely. The Bungalow was clean and had an amazing few on both Vulcanos. They fixed the street up to their place and it is easy acssesable now. Also they offer very nice homegrew/brew coffee. If u like animals, wide views and fresh mountain air we totally recommend their place. Thank you guys again for everything :)"

"The house is beautiful. It’s in front of the river with beautiful views, rooms are great , beds comfortable and walking distance to restaurants, etc otherwise you get Yandex which is ridiculously cheap. The lady who runs guest house it’s very nice and helps."

It was very noisy until quite late night from other guest, there are signs to be quiet after 10pm but they ignored it, I complained and I was moved to a quieter room. Apart from that all good.

"1) Perfect location for those who want to explore the island, stay away from the tourist hot spot and experience “real” Aruba. 2) The house is very atmospheric and cozy, with lots of wooden furniture, an old wooden staircase that creaks charmingly, and a balcony from where you can observe iguanas on a large ficus tree just a few meters away. 3) Ingrid is an amazing host and a lovely person. She gave us great travel advice and was there when needed, without being intrusive. 4) Breakfast was just amazing!"

No hot water didn’t come as a surprise since we had read the reviews. Even though it’s common in Aruba, it’s worth mentioning.

"Simples e aconchegante, quarto tamanho médio, frigorífico em ótimas condições, jarra elétrica no quarto, há 6 chás 2 águas, a cama era confortável, macia, lençóis brancos, macio e pareciam bem limpos, toalhas brancas limpas e cheirosas, o quarto parecia limpo, TV em ótimo funcionamento, fácil acesso, fácil contato com administradores, 1km do centro mais ou menos. Casa de banho em bom estado, parecia limpo, com sabonete e tapete a água quente boa."

O chuveiro, pode melhorar a ducha.

"Perfect location to explore the old town of San Marino. Walking around to the cable car. There was another family staying there so it was a bit awkward with them using the same front door and walking past our room. It meant our bathroom and living area were not as private as they could have been. But as we were mostly out exploring it didn't bother us much. Very friendly hosts who explained everything. We didn't find the aircon despite it listing it had it...."

"Located five minutes from the Jesuit ruins, the Posada Maria is a good base for exploring the region. The hotel is very clean and modern and has everything you need for a short stay. The pool is great to cool off on the warm summer days and the breakfast is amazing, a true continental one with delicious bread (hard to come by in South America) and a good variation of products. We had dinner here as well, which was super good as well. German kitchen, but refreshing after our month travelling around! Staff is very kind and friendly and can give tips and advice! When the rain started dripping through the roof into our room, we immediately got another one. Very smooth!"

There was an initial problem with payment to secure the booking. Our French is very poor & it was difficult to communicate with staff on the phone & by email. Some black mould in the wardrobe.

"Rose and the rest of the staff - they couldn’t do more to help and to make our stay the best! The place is in lovely old-style buildings with beautifully furnished rooms in a peaceful location. We loved the short cycle on complementary bikes to West Bay for the sunsets."

"We loved our time at Malcolm Lodge. It was perfectly located on such beautiful grounds. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well presented. The staff were friendly and helpful. Paulette went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and allowed us to have friends over that we hadn't seen in 15 years. We were made to feel very welcome."

"Skøn have i indgangs parti. Skøn værtinde med tips til rejse. Badekar - intet problem at dele badeværelset. Hyggeligt selskab omkring det pænt dækkede morgenbord i behagelige hjemlige omgivelser. De 2 største byer er nemt tilgængelige med busstop i nærheden. Sti som genvej. Varieret morgenmad hvor jeg spiste glutenfrit uden problem. Dejligt sofahjørne med TV. Vandhane i værelset så jeg kunne børste tænder der. Udsigt til have."

Det var lidt svært at finde i mørket men fik god hjælp på telefonen.

"The traditional Cypriot style and the charming little decorations perfectly matched my taste. The small balcony outside the room was so cute and cozy. The homemade meal had a unique flavor I had never experienced before and made me feel healthy. The hosts were very kind and happily explained the village bus schedule and how to get to our destinations. They gave my sister and me an unforgettable memory. "God placering centralt i forhold til strand, restauranter osv. Virkelig billigt og udemærket til prisen. Personalet er imødekommende og hjælpsomme. Du får 10% på en virkelig lækker cafe ikke langt derfra, når du bor der (The Eight Cafe - kan anbefales). Atmosfæren og standarden minder mest om et hostel, men du har dit eget værelse og bad, hvilket er en fordel. Regn dog ikke med super rengøring. der er ikke uhumsk, men måske heller ikke helt så pænt, som du har det derhjemme. Men hvis du skal ud og dykke, snorkle og bade og ikke spænderer meget tid på hotellet, så er der mange penge at spare på overnatningen. De vasker også dit tøj, for en billige penge. Wi-fi er godt. Værelset er lille. Aircondition er fin. Badeværelset er fint. Prisen er virkeli g god."

Der var ikke så rent, som jeg kunne have ønsket mig. Fx skulle man tage skoene af inden man gik ind på hotellet, hvilket ville give mening, hvis der så var rigtig rent, men mine fødder blev altid mere snavsede af at komme derind uden sko, så jeg var nødt til at vaske tær, hver gang jeg kom til mit værelse. Til sidst gik jeg bare konsekvent med strømper. Men til prisen, var det udemærket og da jeg dykkede hver dag, vil jeg hellere have et billigt hotel, end top luksus. Hvis jeg skulle nyde en afslappende fe rie, ville jeg vælge et andet hotel. Men jeg kommer gerne tilbage, især fordi de var så søde.

"This was a surprisingly quiet, super well maintained accommodation on the outskirts of Lira. A great stopover spot on the way to/from Kidepo NP with a beautiful tranquil garden in which you can enjoy breakfast."

The smaller cabins are a little tightly packed together, but not an issue unless you're on honeymoon 🤗

Nothing. Good accommodation options are limited around Belize City and the airport and this is a great choice.

On the weekends we had to walk from the B&B to the hotel. It isn’t far but it was raining very hard so we arrived soaked
