"Quiet peaceful cottage in the heart of the city - well connected by metro and bus routes and easily reachable by cab or auto. The staff was welcoming and friendly. I was traveling solo on a leisure visit and I felt very comfortable and safe throughout. They have a good breakfast spread. The property is very green and cosy."

"If I were the Michelin commissioner, I would award Happy Villa with three stars: Worth for an independent tour. This place has everything, plus your host will make you feel at home. Our stay was simply too short to enjoy all the options this accommodation offers. It is also positioned well for island exploration. Oh, and not mentioning superb breakfast starting with a healthy shot. You will be in good hands and with a full stack of options for every day of exploration of charming Dominica."

"It is very cozy and amazing place. I like not very big hotels with warm attitude from all of stuff. And this hotel is admirable according my choice. Not very big, near old center of the city, quite cheap, very clean and with gorgeous owners. The breakfast is separate song in this story)) It was huge, very tasty and very Georgian. "Our stay in El Nabila Pyramide and Sphinx View was nice. The People who work there are very friendly and Kind. The view was amazing!!! The Breakfast was kept simple but good and the rooms was also good. At Night it was a Little Bit loud, but that was okay for us. We had a good time here. Thank you!"

Nothing. Good accommodation options are limited around Belize City and the airport and this is a great choice.

"Skøn have i indgangs parti. Skøn værtinde med tips til rejse. Badekar - intet problem at dele badeværelset. Hyggeligt selskab omkring det pænt dækkede morgenbord i behagelige hjemlige omgivelser. De 2 største byer er nemt tilgængelige med busstop i nærheden. Sti som genvej. Varieret morgenmad hvor jeg spiste glutenfrit uden problem. Dejligt sofahjørne med TV. Vandhane i værelset så jeg kunne børste tænder der. Udsigt til have."

"Sushma and her husband were really lovely and helpful - milk for the morning coffee, delicious Orange juice and the phone number of a reliable taxi driver 😊 We got great advice to get around in the area without using a car, all in walking distance of 15-30 mins. The bed is very comfortable. A huge bathroom with hot water."

It’s a residential area and in the evening it’s tricky to get a taxi at the main road to go to Grace Bay where you‘ll find most restaurants. To return is easy as there are always taxis at the Ritz Carlton. We didn’t want to rent a car as we only stayed 2 days which was okay in the day but a little tricky in the night.

"Great location in a quiet street very close to the airport. Airport pick up and drop off very easy. Comfortable spacious room with excellent shower. Spotlessly clean and good aircon. Very nice outdoor swimming pool and whole place in a gated secure compound. Basic continental breakfast that you help yourself to in the communal kitchen. Owners are lovely and very helpful. Recommended!"

"I’ve traveled 30s countries and by far this is one of the most wonderful heavenly home stay I ever had. We had an early check in with no extra fee and the host was super nice with us. The garden is absolutely stunning we all love it so much. Dogs and cats and birds around and all very friendly, we enjoy their accompany a lot. Breakfast is also a highlight, various choices, huge portion. I can not finish at all 😂 Also I’m very much a bon fire person. They lit up fire place everywhere in the house. I really adore that ❤️"

We didn't get a room by the pool as we had booked. Very slow service at breakfast. Old dusty furniture/kitchen equipment etc in public areas should be taken away for a better experience. The poolbar had very limited assortment.

"The entire staff is extremely friendly and very dedicated. Albin, the manager, is a true host who attends to every need and, as in our case, was very accommodating. The restaurant, with its small but excellent menu, serves delicious dishes of high quality."

The Kashmir vendors in the surrounding shops can be a bit annoying at times. The clattering of the boats isn't bothersome, but depending on the time of day, it can be somewhat loud.
