The pool is lovely, cleaned daily. The property offers privacy between apartments with plenty of seating. Ground floors are convenient! A car is a must for beaches and large shopping which is always 30 minutes away whichever direction. Walkable to fast-food and various stores. Location is industrial/low residential however, no negative issues encountered whatsoever 👍. Very safe. The gentleman who manages is absolutely wonderful. He attends to every need, request, and or something to fix. The place is old but looked after. His name is Harley; he's a kind and caring person. This complex is ideal for long term stays. Laundry on site."

Ανυπόφορος θόρυβος τη νύχτα, εξαιτίας νεανικού club που λειτουργεί από κάτω. Χρειάζεται επειγόντως ισχυρή ηχομόνωση για περιορισμό του προβλήματος.

Nok de værste senge jeg har sovet i. Der var meget plads til forbedring. Hvis jeg havde vidst, de var så ringe, så havde jeg valgt et andet sted.

"We are a family of 6 and we spent 20 days in this 3 bedroom spacious and comfortable house with excellent facilities and everything worked well starting from the air conditioning in all of the rooms, the standby generator, kitchen appliances ie: boiler, washing machine, fridge, kettle, microwave, cooker etc, big smart TV with Netflix amazon prime in the living room. Located in the city centre and close to the shops and restaurants with easy street parking. The house also have a well maintained private front garden where residents can relax.. The house has been recently refurbished."

Frequent power cuts in the city but with a standby generator on site we always have electricity in J Nova residential.

The adress was a little bit complicated because the entrance is in the inner part of the block.

I used a single room and there were not enough sockets . There were 2 bed side lamps and one didn't have a socket to plug in. I have to put the kettle on the floor. There was an extension wire, where tv,fridge etc were pluged in . Not very professional. More socket points in appropriate places will improve the standards.

"Når man ønsker et sted med rigtig god beliggenhed oppe i bjergene, er det bare det perfekte sted at vælge. Værten var super informativ og hjælpsom. Havde en rigtig god dialog med ham om, hvordan vi fandt frem til stedet. Han gjorde opmærksom på, at vi skulle leje en 4 hjuls trukket bil, hvis vi ønskede at køre op til huset. Det ligger jo i bjergene og grusvejen var firkelig stejl!"

"Gorgeous view of Treichville. Thoughtful renovations, like a luxury hotel. The kitchenette was adequate and I appreciated the complimentary bottles of water. Hot showers and air conditioning. Great location in the centre of Plateau but note that the neighbourhood is deserted after sunset and on weekends. Still, I felt safe because of the security guards around important buildings."

Only one functioning elevator. Location and elevator can be difficult to find. Check-in instructions could be more descriptive. There are no signs for the apartment suites on the ground floor. The elevator is on the right passage as you walk inside the building. The reception is on the 14th floor.

Bedding. I personally prefer white sheets for places to stay. It's the only way I can tell 100% that my bed is clean.

The bathrooms seem a bit outdated and upgrading them would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.
