Front desk could be more friendly. Feel they were always very busy.

"This apartment is well kept, very clean, comfortable, with all facilities at high level and abundancy. Interior very nice and cozy. SPECTACULAR views from the terrace, definitely that makes this apartment special. The hosts very nice people, very attentive and helpful. Even helped me to take off flat tire and fix it the nearest garage. Communication excellent. If you are in Morgan's Bay, this is would an excellent choice."

Property is managed so well that there is nothing to say negative.

Strøm slukkes om natten, så ventilator og vand ikke kan benyttes -:og det havde vi behov for for at køle ned ind i mellem...

Only couple of persons spoke english. Several restaurants in hotel, but you could only book online with one. When you come to hotel everything is in spanish, luckily I had colleague who could speak spanish so he was able to translate how to book breakfast, lunches and dinners etc.

Vi havde mange dage problemer med ikke at få leveret håndklæder. Der var også noget larm

"Jeg blev mødt af den mest behagelige receptionist, da jeg ankom om morgenen. Khaled Jouini. Han har hjælpsom og oplysende, en god start på mit ophold. Dejlige værelser med skøn udsigt til poolen, gode senge og lækker mad."

Personalet taler ikke så godt engelsk.

If butter is served cold and honey is included, then it will become better.

"Personalet var meget hjælpsomme og imødekommende, deres a la carte menu i restauranten var rigtig god, fin morgenmad, udsigten er enestående, og man kommer ikke tættere på Kruger uden at bo inde i selve Kruger. Man kan let booke transfer, safariture og andre udflugter direkte på hotellet."

Buffeten var ikke så spændende, men den var okay. Og så var vi ikke fan af den høje musik, som de havde arrangeret den lørdag, vi ankom. Men det var heldigvis kun den ene aften ud af de 8, vi havde på stedet.

"Great location, just ~100 meters away from the beach. Very nice and helpful people, booked a lovely islands tour in a very good price for us and offered to help us with a number of things. Fascilitated our return to Krabi. There are 4 adorable cats in the property too. The room was a standard Thailand room for that price range, nothing to complain about."

Couldn’t find any ramp which could be wheel chair friendly. A ramp could be introduced for ease of moving luggage’s and for elderly people.

"Staff is amazing, the kindest people we’ve met in Ulcinj over the last 10 years. Everything is super clean, location is perfect, the breakfast is nice. Overall, a great experience for a family with a toddler!"

Too many kids - weather was a bit rainy so they were mostly inside...

"- heated pool with multiple sections and even a "beach" - free big towels for the pool - food in restaurant was good - activities (peddle/pingpong/katamaran/...) for free - fireplace with movie including free popcorn, marshmellows and emoliente - super big room"

- food wasn't cheap, menu was limited - beach in front of hotel was dirty and birdpoop - no possibility to board a (rented) jetski in front of the hotel - no guarded parking for the cars - 5 minutes walk and no vallet possible - breakfast buffet seems big but not that much variety day over day - it's always the same it seems

"The villa setup gives real privacy and calm, and the resort layout on the hillside feels like a Mediterranean-style village. You use the resort shuttle to get around, but it’s easy and well organised. All-inclusive was genuinely excellent, especially the cocktails. We tried two restaurants and the steak restaurant (The Deck) was a standout. Staff were exceptional: warm, relaxed and genuinely helpful. They also did a thoughtful birthday touch which felt personal. A small but adorable detail: they have cute little sunbeds for kids on the beach."

Not a dislike, but good to know - because it’s built on a hill, you’ll use the resort shuttle frequently, but it’s part of what creates the privacy and views.

Organised tours available for guests from tourist agencies, for self organised guests rent-a-car is the only option for sightseeing. Some facilities require better maintenance.

"The rooms were very clean and the property overall was well maintained. Our rooms were seaside and the sunrise and sunset was quite a spectacular experience!"

At that price I expected a ceiling fan ,especially with the high humidity, and a hot shower , even under a black solar bag . And a linen change should have happened, after a few hot and humid nights , the sheets become greasy and unpleasant to sleep on .

"Nice and modern hotel in country club style. Very professional and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable. Great option when travelling with car - plenty of parking space."

Breakfast selection was mediocre. Some small spa or sauna area would create extra value.

"Vi nød virkelig vores ophold! Fra den rekonstruerede historiske bygning til udendørs spabadet med en fantastisk udsigt over landskabet, til den lækre middag og dessert i en retro spisestue. En unik oplevelse, vi altid vil huske."

"Vi ankom lidt tidligt, og kunne ikke komme ind på værelset, men fik udleveret armbånd til poolområdet og store håndklæder. Stela er tydeligt den lokale (gode) øl, og der var rig mulighed for at prøve dette. Børnene kunne købe is, og både poolbar og resturanten er glimrende til meget rimelige priser. Hotellet arrangerede morgenmaden to-go da vi skulle afsted midt om natten"
