"Hotellet overraskede positivt ved at have nødgenerator installeret. Det store syd europæiske strøm nedbrud forhindrede derfor ikke hotellet i at kunne levere "nød mad/natmad" Morgenmadsbuffet var super god med enormt fin betjening og service af køkken personalet."

"Hotelværelset var OK standard, dog lidt slidt."

"Breakfast could be better than only continental choice."

"The timing to get food at he hotel is limited..."

"This hotel keeps a very high standard of classic hotel service that we don’t often see this days . For a very normal price you get the experience perfect service that was a standard in the old days . Everything starting from welcome drink , to additional spa facilities to excellent breakfast and old style well maintained rooms - all is just excellent"

"Great location, clean bathroom, and soft bed. Great food for breakfast and delicious green apples at the entrance."

"I didn't like that coffee in the room was a paid service. Usually, all hotels provide coffee and tea for free. The only free things here were tea bags :("

"Location is close to El Corte and metro station, most staffs are very kind. Room is clean!"

"Expected the room to be more well-equipped for a 5-star on basic toiletries, but nothing big."

"The Hotel facilities, the staff were great, enjoyed the spa,the food and the choice of beers were excellent."

"I arrived in Lisboa very early and the reception staff was very kind to accommodate me at 10 a.m. rather than wait till 15.00. Luckily it is off season otherwise in the summer it wouldn't be possible. Hotel looks absolutely gorgeous from the first step. Breakfast is very rich variety, room is very spacious, location is near 2 merto ( underground) stations. You can't fault anything!"

"Slightly worn fixtures, but very comfortable nonetheless."
