"Kæmpe værelse og mulighed for at hænge lidt tøj op på tørrestativ. Der var åbent i restauranten til et mindre udvalg af retter både til morgen og aften. Kiosken har ikke åbent i maj, så man skal handle i byen. Meget imødekommende personale. Det ligger et stykke udenfor Zambujeira do Mar, så hvis man er på vandretur bliver etapen noget længere."

"The location -walking distance to the beach was great. Peaceful atmosphere, very chill. Very well equipped with everything you need. Magnificent views from the room. Friendly staff, although it was off-season so everything was a little slow."

"We arrived at 5.30, but couldn't check in until gone 7 as they were still cleaning room. We asked for a second blanket and didn't get it so it was a bit chilly at night."

"Although we were visiting out of season the staff were accommodating. We had a studio which was tastefully decorated, it was one of the cottages,. We had a seating area, both front and back of the cottage. A really nice place to hang out in after a long day hiking."

"Limited menu for the restaurant, but understandable forr the time of year (October). Great for Fishermans Trail but 4km out of town and no mini market, when out of season, so bring food from the town."

"Comfortable and spacious apartment with a lovely view at the rear. Slept well. Friendly host who guided us to our apartment. Snack bar served breakfast in the morning (paid extra). We stayed here during the Fishermen's Trail as there were no rooms available in Zambujeira Do Mar."

"The hand gel and shower gel containers were empty and only two small sachets were available. The area where the hotel is situated is quite remote and no shops were available to purchase items for lunch to take on the hike. The hotel does have a mini market but it was closed when we visited which was unfortunate. Also the check-in time was very late (5pm) which is unusual as all the other places we stayed had check-in from 2pm."

"As we were visiting during the summer (beginning of July) it was a low season for the fisherman's trail, so apparently there were less visitors. We got an upgrade on our apartment, it was very nice. Also the pool area is pretty nice. The staff in the bar and restaurant was super helpful especially Maria. We stayed there for only 2 nights."

"The beach is technically very close to the place, but to get there you have to go down the hill. On the way back it is quite hard to get back, especially when it is +35."

"The location on the Fisherman’s trail was perfect, the beach near by is nice, the view for a nice sunset not far from the place is spectacular on a secluded beach, the staff is very nice and friendly. The room was clean and nice, the water pressure in the shower was amazing. Absolutely recommend the experience - loved it!"

"The food in the restaurant was not very special, simple dinner with local produce, but then again we were visiting offseason, so it can be that the staff in the kitchen - only one person who is also taking orders was overwhelmed and there wasn’t sufficient time to offer a wider menu. Everything was nice nonetheless, I can imagine that for some it might be vital to know if they are picky about food."

"A fan in the room would have been nice. It's far from Zambujeira do Mar. Ordinarily, a taxi is cheap, but the main road was blocked, so we had to make a big detour - keep this in mind."
