"La Villa is a lovely boutique hotel. Right in the centre of White Town Puducherry , it’s like a true home from home . Staff were fabulous, breakfast in the courtyard was heavenly (remember to say good morning to the namaste sculptures on the way down!) and our ‘Bridge to Heaven ‘ room on the top floor was truly spectacular. La Villa is also part of a small family of cool hotels / restaurants. In the end we ate at one of the restaurants on each of our three nights - we particularly loved the food at Villa Shanti."

"The staff were exceptionally responsive -- from Anil who checked us in to Daia and Senthil and Karuna who served us dinner, and everyone else we encountered. The decor was minimalist, the rooms were spacious and bright, and the location was convenient for walking around. We had a couple of meals at the hotel, both of which were outstanding -- the moringa soup and the poached egg with bacon powder are must-haves."
"There's no elevator, which was a bit of a pain. We didn't envy the staff who had to lug our bags all the way up and down. Fortunately it didn't rain, otherwise it would have been even more of a hassle to climb the outdoor spiral staircase to the room. There were plenty of mosquitoes everywhere despite Good Night, mosquito coils, etc. -- though Odomos spray was abundantly available."

"Kan virkelig anbefales. Et smukt hotel i den skønneste natur. Ligger i 1500 meters højde og luften er derfor frisk og klar. Virkelig skønt. Alle gjorde alt for, at vi havde det godt. Maden var fint. Tak for et dejligt ophold!"
