"Skønne omgivelser, hyggeligt hotel/poolområde, dog trænger værelserne det til en opgradering, for at være 4-stjernet hotel. Madrasserne i sengen var "hule", og badeværelset var slidt. Terrassen som hører til værelset er skøn og hyggelig at opholde sig på, hvorfra man kunne nyde udsigt til have/strand og havet på samme tid. Vi havde halvpension og har kun ros til restauranten. Dejlig mad og der var altid pænt, ryddeligt i buffen, og der var et kæmpe udvalg af mad - noget for en hver smag. Dykkercenter Whitetip Divers lige i nærheden, som havde gode bådeture med både snorkling og dykning."

"I was able to book a room just before midnight of the same night (in the app it says 24 hours front desk). When I arrived, the doors were closed. Honestly, there's nothing to complain about. The hotel delivered on all fronts and provided an exceptional experience throughout our stay.

The bacon and sausages at breakfast were not the best but this is usual for Korea. Westerners might notice this, Koreans won't mind them at all.

Some of the dinner service staff were not particularly professional - demure, inattentive, lacking humour.. Not what you'd expect for such a high class establishment.
