Meget lidt plads i køkkenet når der kommer grupper á 15 der skal spise på samme tid - der er borde til 16 og vinduespladser til ca 8 Max Meget varmt i køkkenet Ingen varm vand til opvask de første 2 dage Personalet kunne godt være mere smilende og eksempelvis sige godmorgen, hej eller andet når man mødte dem Værelses uden bad på værelset - beskidte/våde toiletter, da der var bad og toilet i samme rum Der lå beskidte håndklæder på de fælles bad/toilet

Horrible bed because you feel all bed springs from the mattress which significantly affects your sleeping. Moreover, air conditioning is very noisy even when it is not turned on.

"Vi havde et skønt ophold på Yubarta Lodge. Cecilia er en sød og hjælpsom vært, som er meget opmærksom på gæsterne. Stedet har en skøn pool, og en dejlig stor have med cikader og fuglesang. Vi havde endda selskab af en stor flok røde ara papegøjer i et træ tæt på haven. Der er et velfungerende køkken med alt udstyr og køleskab. Vi nød beliggenheden med gå afstand til stranden og nationalparken. Prisen på værelserne er rigtig god. Vi nød også vandautomaten med frisk koldt vand."

- would have been great if there were a kettle for guests' use. Needed some hot water to soothe my stomach and had to ask the staff to boil a cup for me.

"I was a single room in a Hostel, worked for me as I was working. Shared Bathroom and Toilet and it worked well for me. There was a kitchen downstairs and it was close to the town. I was able to park."

Maybe room door lock could be improved. Otherwise it met expectations

"The place was clean and light, though not too busy given the time of year (March). Most impressive was the host who was incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering to help wherever she could. A wonderful addition to my stay in Xingping!"

"The staff were amazing! So friendly, and helpful. There was milk provided for the guests which was a bonus as I always bring tea bags with me, so saved me a walk to the shop. The location was brilliant and the hostel was very clean"

The only issue is that I’ve stayed in similar hostels, but the price was nowhere near as expensive. I know it’s in Zurich, but it’s still a hostel.

"Doba and his family were exceptionally welcoming, outgoing, and fun. We spent three nights at chez doba, and went on two hikes each day, to different waterfalls, viewpoints, and villages. In the evening we played football with the children and drank beer and tea with the locals. Special shoutout to Amadou, our guide for our stay - a great guy! Highly highly highly recommend Campement Chez Doba to anyone visiting Senegal, its been the highlight of our trip. We also booked onto an extra trip with Doba to tour a nearby bedik village, which was very picturesque! Doba Tours also offers other tours around Senegal, including Dakar and Niocolo Koba National Park, which we didnt use, but heard good things from other guests. The food was good and the bedrooms were clean and comfortable!"

"This is a very nice hostel with extremely nice staff members and very comfortable beds. I was quite fortunate that I had an entire room to myself due to my visit being in January (the quiet season). The common is also very nice and the beach is very close by. Overall, this hostel is excellent value for money!"

While it is great that this hostel is right next to the beach, it is a little bit of a walk from the main train station (around 20 minutes). It also gets a little confusing when it comes to how to get to the hostel when crossing the bridge. These are only minor things but worth mentioning, especially if you are walking from the main train station.

"Stunning setting, dynamic staff, interesting fusion of accommodation and working plant nursery. Bathroom feels like you are in the middle of the Amazon. Very refreshing."

Locating the Da Terra at night is not straightforward. It is surrounded by several houses and some distance off the road.
