"If you’re not bougie, this place is amazing. The cheapest place to stay on the whole island, incredible location, friendly owner and staff. I stayed here 4 nights and I absolutely loved it. Would definitely recommend."

"The showers could’ve been better. Also, one of the ladies who works at the check-in was rude and tried to upcharge me by like $10 because I was a “walk-in.”"

"Beds were very comfortable outfitted with nice linens. We are family of four traveling with two young adults. The third bedroom was great to have at this stop on our trip. Very clean apartment. Lots of space for four. Common room is spacious with comfortable seating. Big TV which we only turned on for curiosity (it worked). Kitchen is well sized for apartment setting. Would not be suited for complex meal cooking. Parking spot is off street. We rented a mid-size SUV so it was a little tight to maneuver but it worked. Jose sent recommendations for local places to visit. We stayed during the Three Kings Holiday so some places were closed for holiday, and some closed long-term from recent earthquakes. The recommendations were helpful. Jose gave solid advice overall, particularly helpful on advice on what to expect on the holiday. Playa Santa gave us the Carribean Beach Experience. We enjoyed the day trip to Museo Castillo Serralles and La Cruz del Vigia."

"It's right on the beach! There's a bar and restaurant at the location. Somebody previously complained about parking but there is extra parking right across the street. There's another beach across the street which is not as clean but is right there. We had the beach mostly to ourselves. It was mostly quiet and it wasn't in the middle of San Juan."

"The place is beautifully furnitured, it doesn't look a Hostel. The toilets are big like a room they look like a lounge. The ladies were very nice to me and let me come in and out even after 11:00 am to get ready with my luggages and wait for my flight."
