"Beliggenheden var super centralt placeret. Personalet var meget venlige og gjorde meget for at hjælpe os med at søge efter ture. Bruserne i badet var helt fantastiske og nemme at bruge. Vil helt sikkert anbefale det og vil også gerne komme igen."

"Savnede noget skabsplads, lidt flere bøjler, og det ville have været rart med 2 stole og ikke kun en, især hvis man gerne vil spise på værelset."

"Fin beliggenhed - flot hotel - lækker morgenbuffet"

"Stor forskel på værelserne. Vær obs på om du får et renoveret eller ikke renoveret værelse. Meget stor forskel. Rengøring på det ene værelse var kritisabel. Tror det hang sammen med alle de store grupper af busgæster som kom hver dag. Virkelig svært at tænde slukke for lys- ingen manual."

"Der var absolut intet at sætte en finger på. Meget central beliggenhed, virkelig smukt hotel med et dejligt værelse. Smilende, hjælpsomt og professionelt personale. Jeg kan kun anbefale hotellet."

"Fint beliggenhed svært at komme ind til indgang,skulle foregå igennem en parkeringsplads som var full booked derfor kunne vi ikke køre til indgang.. havde bestilt parkering ved hotel alligevel blev vi henvist til parkering i bye."

"Belligenheden var den bedste i Sofia, centralt og nær alle spise steder, butikker og seværdigheder. Værelserne var i høj standart og lækre! Personalen var meget søde og og hjælpsom.Super god morgenmad med hyggelig udsigt til den travle centrum."

"Byggeriet foran hotellet og mange faciliteter man ikke kunne bruge ,som spa, sauna, pool ect. Der manglede hygelige restauranterer og afslapende cafe, konditori og hyggelig stemning som den gang, hotellet hed Sheraton."

"We had a lovely family stay at entity[“hotel”,“Sofia Balkan Palace”,“Sofia, Bulgaria”]. The central location is perfect for exploring the city, especially with children. 🏛️✨ A heartfelt thank you to Dimitri at the reception. He was extremely kind, patient, and helpful, and made our whole family feel welcome and comfortable. 🙏😊 Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a warm atmosphere. We would happily stay here again!"

"Very friendly staff nice hotel, breakfast was ok hot food was cold. The room with view of church from balcony was very nice. would also like to say thank you to hotel for the surprise bottle of fizzy wine in room for my husband's 70th birthday"

"The biggest plus of the hotel is its excellent location. Price. The food was varied and the taste was okay. It takes some time to figure out what is offered where, as the different food stations are scattered throughout the main restaurant and its surroundings, but there was a rich selection once you knew where everything was."

"The hotel was a nice surprise! Great location - 5 min walk from the center of Bansko. Whole Bansko is blue parking zone - so parking is paid, approx 8 EURO per day. The room was nice and clean! It smelled "clean" and I loved it. We were 3 people in a 2+1 room with a balcony overlooking tha back garden. It was quiet. There was coffee included (Nescafe Dolce Gusto) and a small fridge. The staff was very friendly. The food at the restaurant was very nice, not a great variaty (totally normal since it is not a big hotel) but everything I ate was fresh and delicious. The kids also approved it. Beverages such as water, juice, ice tea were included both at breakfast and at dinner - this is a great hotel management decision! There is a big pool - temperature is good for swimmers and not so good for people that want to stay in the water and only "float" :-D. The pool had kids section too - water was slightly hoter."
