Elendig belysning på badeværelse. Man måtte ikke side udenfor og spise i restauranten, selvom der var borde og stole, øv når der er sådan en skøn udsigt.

"Everything about this hotel exceeded expectations! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The location is absolutely perfect - right near Plaza de Armas, making it easy to walk to all the main restaurants, shops, and tour starting points. The high-end restaurant on-site offers excellent food and service, which was very convenient. Having a spa available at the hotel was a wonderful amenity - perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. They provided excellent recommendations and assistance with arranging tours."

Honestly, there's nothing to complain about. The hotel delivered on all fronts and provided an exceptional experience throughout our stay.

Træningsfaciliteter var meget dårlige. Slidt og gammelt. Vi havde halvpension, maden var ikke så spændende, virker mere som kantinemad.

Not enough equipment to use kitchen. Had to ask for glasses. lower floor quite noisy from the bar downstairs. Also had to ask for a quilt as there was only a sheet on the bed and we were cold.

The AC and the Fridge in our room were not working but immediately we reported, they were fixed.

"We stayed in a club room which gave us access to the Club Lounge. The lounge was excellent great food all day and the staff were exceptional. When you consider we were trapped in the Hotel because of the war we could not have been in a better place. Everyone was caring and so helpful. Wonderful Hotel made so by the staff"

"Simply I can fully trust them. We forgot our backpack in the shuttle bus and moved to San Pedro Island. Hotel staffs were so kind to arrange sending it to San Pedro, and we received it including all valuable goods like mobile phone! Thanks to all involved staff and appreciate their integrity."

"Das Zimmer war sauber und verfügt über eine Klimaanlage."

In dem Zimmer befand sich eine kleine Küchenzeile, die aber keinen Gegenstand enthielt (also insb. keinen Becher oder Glas). Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig.

Main dining area felt rather utiltarian. Food was fine , service friendly. The bingo/ karaoke evening was good fun

Vi vil anbefale at de opdaterer billederne på hjemmesiden/Booking.com, da det er meget flottere i virkeligheden. Endvidere er der en pool, hvilket ikke fremgår af billederne

Prices are very high, but the normal for French Guyana. Kourou is not a city for pedestrians. So, there is no good location - everything is far for a walk. By car, it is really close to the space center.

"Virkelig godt lavet at bevare meget af fængslet. De forklarende tavler var et ekstra plus for en historieinteresseret. Ganske fin morgenmad"

At vi ikke kunne komme ind på 1. sal og se cellerne og gangen der fordi vores værelser var på 2 sal.

"I was able to book a room just before midnight of the same night (in the app it says 24 hours front desk). When I arrived, the doors were closed. I was able to call and they were able to open the doors after I woke them up and accommodated me but it's quite a surprise if it says 24 hours front desk and then it actually isn't..."

"The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are clean and spacey. The bed is very comfortable and the internet is fast. The staff is very friendly and also gives tips for sightseeing tours. Breakfast is also available around noon. The quality-price relation is very good for this hotel. We would book this hotel immediately again."

There are no negative points.

"The staff are wonderful and very consistent of disability. The restaurant is excellent with a large menu and reasonable prices. The Indian food is especially good. The surroundings are stunning. There is a farmers market there one Saturday a month"

The WiFi does not work!

"Our NGO had a conference in the hotel. the staff was excellent in preparing the conference room and addressing out needs. The conference catered food was excellent. I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and had breakfast every day. After the first 2 days, I realized that one could order eggs or omelet. Which was fine but why didn't they tell me at the beginning? Fruit selection was good. Coffee was also good. the wam milk for coffee was frequently empty but refilled on request."

The bathroom could use some work and a deep scrubbing.

"Superfin beliggenhed. Rigtigt fint værelse. Vinduerne/terrassedøren (fransk altan) var ikke så lydtæt, men området er generelt ikke vildt støjfyldt, så det var okay for en weekendtur når det var centralt beliggende. Absolut ikke større udfordring end noget man kunne holde ud :) - Morgenmadsbuffeten er superfin! Godt udvalg og god plads i spiseområdet."

De tilbyder thai-massage. Det kunne være smart, hjvis man selv kunne booke via hjemmeside eller noget og ikke afvente, at receptionen skal ringe til dem m.m. At der var en online-portal. Ellers er alt fint! - Kommer gerne igen!

Poolområdet er for lille. Elevatorerne er fortsat alt for sløve.

"Lokationen er perfekt i den smukke gamle bygning, der er ombygget til hotel. Værelserne er store og højloftede og har alt, hvad man har brug for. Og så er poolen og træningsfaciliteterne på rooftoppen helt fantastiske."

Umiddelbart ikke noget, men kunne ønske mig lidt flere liggestole på rooftop.

"The staff were so so friendly & accommodating. They gave us tips & advice for an itinerary, and prepared a complimentary breakfast to take away as we had an early bus in the morning. The location was great and the room was bask cn but tidy. Thank you!"

"Skønne omgivelser, hyggeligt hotel/poolområde, dog trænger værelserne det til en opgradering, for at være 4-stjernet hotel. Madrasserne i sengen var "hule", og badeværelset var slidt. Terrassen som hører til værelset er skøn og hyggelig at opholde sig på, hvorfra man kunne nyde udsigt til have/strand og havet på samme tid. Vi havde halvpension og har kun ros til restauranten. Dejlig mad og der var altid pænt, ryddeligt i buffen, og der var et kæmpe udvalg af mad - noget for en hver smag. Dykkercenter Whitetip Divers lige i nærheden, som havde gode bådeture med både snorkling og dykning."
