The staff is very friendly and also gives tips for sightseeing tours. Breakfast is also available around noon. The quality-price relation is very good for this hotel. The weakest part of the hotel is the restaurant catering for breakfasts and all meals: the place that looks like a canteen, is not welcoming. The prices for food are for too expensive. The food is good quality. Spiritless Hotel as it feels very empty.

"The team were very friendly and a great support with questions we had. We were met at the airport terminal and driven to the hotel using the free shuttle service. The room was really spacious and clean and breakfast was a great selection. We had asked for help with something very specific which wasn't part of the hotel and the team said to leave it with them and they'd call the room when they had the answer and, they did that!"

Lidt slidt. Svært at få nøglekortet til at virke, og trykknappen til toiletter var ved at falde ud af væggen. Men ikke noget der er værd ikke at booke for. Der måtte gerne etableres skygge til solsengen ved poolen. Det ville være et stort plus.

"Moderne hotel velbeliggende ikke langt fra det absolutte centrum af Jerevan. Der er alt, hvad man har brug + en hel del mere. Det er denne del, der øger prisen i forhold til de hoteller, der kun har hvad man har brug for. Hvis man sætter pris på alt det, man ikke behøver, er dette et godt valg, fordi prisen selv med disse ekstra goder, er ganske rimeligt - set med europæiske øjne."

"Virkelig god morgenmad, fin tagpool og god beliggenhed i området."

Meget støj i lokalområdet. De lokale havde jule/nytårsferie og stranden var meget fyldt med glade og venlige lokale. Desværre synes nogen af dem at de skulle spille meget højt om aftenen (ikke nat).

"Excellent location. ALL the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Near to the American Memorial Park and if you want to book a tour of Saipan, I can recommend Walt at Discover Saipan. He gave me a superb tour of Saipan and Tinian and can collect from the hotel. Delicious dinner in the Terrace restaurant. Several pools and one of them is large enough to swim lengths and is open till late. I wish I could have stayed a bit longer!"

Everything was perfect.

The location is absolutely perfect - right near Plaza de Armas, making it easy to walk to all the main restaurants, shops, and tour starting points. The high-end restaurant on-site offers excellent food and service, which was very convenient. Having a spa available at the hotel was a wonderful amenity - perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. They provided excellent recommendations and assistance with arranging tours."

Honestly, there's nothing to complain about. The hotel delivered on all fronts and provided an exceptional experience throughout our stay.

Please note the hotel is about a 30 minute walk from the main square and public taxis are very few. To get around, you need to have a Mongolian SIM to use the taxi apps, master the bus system, of hitchhike

The area is absolutely manic, the actual car park entrance was difficult to find, bar very limited, staff on bar seemed disinterested until we paid the bill and gave a tip which cheered her up.

Prices are very high, but the normal for French Guyana. Kourou is not a city for pedestrians. So, there is no good location - everything is far for a walk. By car, it is really close to the space center.
