"Hotellet ligger meget centralt, store lyse værelser, vores med udsigt til Lion bridge. Morgenmaden nydes på cafeen ved siden af, og man bestiller a la carde. Virkelig god og hyggelig cafe - vi elskede det. Små shops og supermarkeder tæt på. Darmerne i receptionen var så søde og imødekommende, og talte godt engelsk."

Trangt på værelset fordi opredningssengen tager alt for meget plads. Receptionspersonaler skal lære at smile, og det ville da også være dejligt, hvis de kunne bare lidt engelsk eller tysk."
