"Vi syntes stedet var rigtig hyggeligt indrettet og med meget hygge-element ind over. Vi brød os rigtig godt om beliggenheden og nemt at finde frem til som ny i byen. Vi fandt morgenmaden udemærket - dejligt med mulighed for kaffe og skyr/yoghurt til morgenmad :-) Vi syntes rigtig godt om airconditioningen på værelset! Spaen var iøvrigt hyggelig."
"Rengøringen af sengen under lagnet MANGLEDE. Der var sorte lange hår i mængder, der simpelthen var ulækre. Ærgerligt da man ellers kunne se, der var meget rent. Personalet den ene dag var VIRKELIG ikke særlig imødekommende ved problemer med airconditionen. Den næste dag var der en anden på arbejde som straks tog handling og fixede problemet :-) Generelt kunne der være høfligere betjening af kunder og gæster."

"The lift… the reviews did tell us. There is one lift and the doors open and close so frustratingly slowly. The lift itself once you’re in it is also very very slow. We found it easier a lot of the time to take the stairs which is no issue for us but may be for someone who is not able to take stairs. Bath/shower had no screen so floor would get very wet and slippery No plug sockets by bed. Or you had to unplug AC if you wanted to use the closest one to the bed Some furniture falling apart in room TV only has a couple of English channels. Not a big deal and not sure if this can be helped but something to consider"

"The house was a renovated original old Bulgarian house with nice folkloric decoration and amenities. The lady who received us was very warm and responsive, she even bought special bread for my husband who has diabetes. Thank you, Minka! The room was quiet, very basic but with all necessary equipment. The bed was comfortable."
