"The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, good quality pillows and duvets. There was a free pool and gym for guests. You need to wear a swimming cap. The art throughout the hotel is interesting. Tea and coffee provided in the room. Close to metro and tram stops and a short walk to city centre (10m)"
"For a 5 star hotel there were some aspects that I would have expected higher quality. The shower gel provided is completely watered down to be barely useable, the breakfast was average and hot food has ran out 20-30 minutes before the end of the breakfast opening times.The jacuzzi bath in the room didn't work.Overall it was still a good stay."

"Easy access from airport by metro and one metro stop back to the city centre compensated for the rather built up surroundings of the hotel. Colourful interior design with numerous paintings and sculptures was very cheerful. Excellent spa options with lovely pool. Professional and friendly staff, instant upgrade of room when electrical fault found. Good breakfast and very handy lobby bar for drinks etc during the day. i would return for the massages alone!"

"The house was a renovated original old Bulgarian house with nice folkloric decoration and amenities. The lady who received us was very warm and responsive, she even bought special bread for my husband who has diabetes. Thank you, Minka! The room was quiet, very basic but with all necessary equipment. The bed was comfortable."
