Yolanda was our contact and she was very helpful, always available to answer our questions, to give explication and help us in our fabulous trip in Cusco!😍 Thanks so much Yolanda! On top of it all, we had Michi the cat, strolling around the lush yard that we could pet!!😻 I would definitely return to Quinua Boutique! I strrrrrongly recommend!"

The location is perfect, just a stone's throw from the beach and within easy walking distance of the town's main attractions, shops, and restaurants. We loved being able to stroll along the Mole and watch the sunset. The apartment itself is clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a lovely balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks. "Seyfu is giving his best to satisfy his guests. He came to pick me up to the airport, showed around Lalibela, even took me as a guide to few rock-hewn churches, for free, provided breakfast every morning, all for free, even though it wasn’t included in my booking. His place is clean, yet within local community, which I really liked. You see how locals live. It is onsuite room with large bed, separate entrance, free wifi, towels changed every day, bed made every day. I don’t have enough words to describe his hospitality. You simply become friend with Seyfu straight away. Thank you brother for everything!"

"We tried 3 different hostels in UB and this one was the best by far. It is cheap (around 7€ per night), very clean, modern, the beds in the dormitory are very good, and most of all, the hosts are super nice. Yuka and her family made us feel really welcome, and Yuka is super funny. After 1 week there it felt like home. I definitely recommend this place !"

Bedding. I personally prefer white sheets for places to stay. It's the only way I can tell 100% that my bed is clean.

The guy at reception messed up my check-out. He couldn't find my booking, said I must have done it privately, and even asked me what my room rate was! Then I told him it was on booking.com again and he said fine, you can go, (presumably cos my credit card guaranteed payment?) Then as I was about to go to the airport he called me back and said you still need to pay. But this is a fabulous place. That was just a minor frustration.

"Nice apartment, nice terrace overlooking the pool and with partial sea view. The ceiling fans were very good and enough to keep the apartmrent cool and we did not need the aircon. The owner had been very friendly and responsive. Just a few meters walk to a long stretch of beach with few people around. Free use of beach chairs and sunshades"

Air conditioning did not work in the living room but was not a problem because we did not need it. The only problem was after we checked out when we received a message from the owner saying that we had forced open a closet and damaged some beach towels. I have explained the owner how things really went and I believe that it was fiundamentally a misunderstanding and the problem was likely caused by the people in charge of the cleaning/maintenance of the apartment or some previous guests, since the owner lives in Europe. To be fair the owner did not ask us to pay anything it was just her complaining about us having done something that we did not do.

Tappen op til selve lejligheden er lidt stejl hvilket godt kan være et problem for en dårligt gående

The actual location of the apartment was not exactly as indicated on the booking.com map, which was not so good for us.

Missed an on-site restaurant and had to drive almost six kms away for decent breakfast. The Wifi could be better. The approach road is accessible only by a off roader 4x4.
