- The entry to the hotel is not clear. One has to walk through a long small street to reach a small door. No taxi can arrive there. You have to walk with your luggage about 250 mts for a small stone street. - No toilet paper - Not possible to pay with credit card, which, being so expensive, makes it that you have to bring a lot of cash with you, and in town there is only a place to change money, and for that reason, the exchange rate is very bad

Water pressure on level 4 is not the best

"Vi var meget tilfredse med beliggenheden. Lejligheden lå i gåafstand til alt vi ville se i Reykjavik og der var gode, billige parkeringsmuligheder i området. Det var dejligt at have køleskab og kogeplade, så man kunne lave mad selv. Toilet og bruseniche var opdelt i hvert sit "rum", hvilket var meget praktisk."

Der kunne godt have været lidt flere køkkenredskaber og et par ekstra puder i sengen.

"Fantastisk beliggenhed med den smukkeste udsigt over floden. Vi havde booket to soveværelser, og fik en enorm lejlighed med stue og tre badeværelser samt køkken. Morgenmaden var mindre i omfang end flere af de store hoteller vi tidligere havde boet på, men der var alt hvad vi skulle bruge."

Construction works are going on in the area and at the hotel in winter. Theh hamman, spa and bar and restaurant are all closed in winter too - all understandable and no huge deal and there's plenty in the area open all the time.

"The room was spacious, organized, and clean. In addition, the sun came shining in throughout the morning. We had access to many amenities (including kitchenette!). The location is in a quiet town, where everyone is friendly. We needed to stay a second night, and they happily extended our stay."

the sheets were stained and wasnt clean enough. mattresses were slipping off the bed frame. Little chilly and the heater wasnt working well.

Some accesss to food - e.g., breakfast. Food on the island is extremenlty expensive from stores. Some neighbors were noisy.

"From the moment we arrived, Anne-Laure was extremely kind, welcoming, and attentive, making sure everything was just right for us. The place itself is stunning — even more beautiful and spacious than the photos show. The bathroom was large and elegant, and the view from the property is simply breathtaking. The location at Anse Royale is ideal, close to everything yet peaceful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I truly recommend Fleur de Sel to anyone visiting Seychelles — it’s a real gem!"

"Everything! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and go out their way to never say no! Management was very accommodating and visible. The room looked much better than the pictures and was very clean. All the amenities necessary was provided in the room with a bonus plate of chocolates. The bed was comfortable! Overall, the Anne guest house was outstanding! There is honestly not enough space for me to write all the compliments I have for this guest house."

The tv in the room is small and the tv options are limited in the room but it is not something that makes me not want to come back. I will definitely return.

"Morgenmaden var fin og efter de lokale standarder, meget god. Udvalget var ikke stort, men det var veltilberedt. Aftensmaden var godt tilberedt - smagfuldt. Deres woodfired pizza, kan i sær anbefales. Udsigten til vandet, restaurantets terrasse, der ligger på første paket, var bestemt et stort plus. Vi sad på terrassen og spiste hver gang vi spiste dér. Betjeningen var virkelig behagelig og meget venlig og imødekommende. Hotellet ligger lige ud til middelhavet og der er udsigt til vandet fra alle lejligheder, så selvom vi fik nogle på bagsiden af hotellet, havde vi stadig god udsigt. Vi fik en del valuta for pengene."

Vi havde lejet 2 lejligheder på hotellet. Den ene var rimelig udrustet til fx at lave mad og spise, mens den anden var sparsomt equiperet. Vi spiste i lejligheden et par gange. Det fungerede fint. Deres belysning overalt i lejligheden er skrækkelig - men det lader til at være sådan man møblerer. Lyset var skarpt og koldt LED lys i alle rum. Toilet/Bad var ikke luksuriøse, men rene. Aircon. virkede i alle rum, men nogle bedre end andre. Vi brugte det ikke. Sengetøjet var rent, sengene meget hårde (Tror det er typisk for Albanien). Der var en del myg, som vi ikke kunne holde ude trods net og lukkede vinduer. Rengøringen var ok, blot man ikke flyttede rundt på møblerne.

"In the mall makes it super accessible. Apartments are large and well kept. Lovely views over Bahrain. Kind staff. We slept very well."

"Once inside the apartment, it is a different story: the apartment is spacious, well-designed, and clean. Also, the view of the surrounding area is magnificent - it does welcome one to Addis Ababa. The apartment caretaker, Selechi, is very resourceful and helpful in providing any needed information; he will go a distance to help guests order food and drinks. Kudos Selechi; keep up the good work."

The train rail track in front of the apartment hotel makes it difficult for taxi drivers to pick up or drop off a guest. The rail track extends to about 2 miles past the hotel; the Chinese contractors need to revisit that project.
