"The ambience, calm and refreshing. A place to go and recharge one’s batteries. The staff were extremely helpful and went over and above when my luggage was delayed by the airline in trying to get it to me as early as possible. Pardon is a gem,very professional, kind, caring and fun to be around. TK aka Taku was equally helpful and courteous. The ladies at reception, Mr and Mrs K, thank you all very much for making our stay amazing."
