Udflugtsskranken kan reservere fisketure, dykning og besøg til lokale øer. Der tilbydes gratis adgang til motoriserede både med en ombord-chauffør samt gratis transport til øen og Castaway-øen. Du kan derudover vælge at blive indendørs og forkæle dig selv med massage, manicure og pedicure eller bodyscrub i dagspaen. Samtlige luksuriøse villaer har egen terrasse med liggestole og havudsigt. Samtlige lejligheder har fladskærms-tv, dvd-afspiller og iPod-dockingstation. Nogle af værelserne har egen dyb vandafslapningsområde. Restauranten byder på smuk havudsigt og serverer Vanuatu berømte økologisk oksekød, frisk hummer og den unikke dybhavsfiskeri "poulet fish". Man kan derudover slappe af med en cocktail i loungebaren. Der tilbydes aftenunderholdning 3 aftener om ugen. Gæsterne på Eratap Beachfront Resort tilbydes gratis lufthavnstransport efter anmodning. Ejendommen ligger 20 minutters kørsel fra Port Vilas centrum. Der er mulighed for dagsudflugter til de ydre øer, herunder Tanna Island, Santo Island og Pentecost Island. Der tilbydes daglig bustransport til Port Vila (afgår kl. 10.00 og retur 13.00).

"Great resort - very tranquil and relaxing. The rooms are good size and plenty of activities for a couple night stay. Paddle boarding, kayaking, tennis, gym, spa, and tennis all onsite with additional complimentary daily activities offered. The team they have at Eratap are what really makes it a great place to stay - so friendly and welcoming."

"What a great surprise this find is, staying with a local community and eating the traditional food ,only 25mins walk to a private beach and 10min walk to the ash fields . Here the rumble of the mountain like its a distant thunder storm. The kids will show you around with great enthusiasm. And all being close to the volcano and hot springs and the hosts will arrange any other activities and transports needed , This is the real deal don't miss out . Ps look after Max well we will return ."

"- The location is great with absolutely fantastic snorkelling out the front (felt very safe and I’m not a strong swimmer) - use of Kayaks an added bonus - refreshing to cool off in the pool or relax in a hammock - the villas are clean and user friendly, very comfortable bed, excellent wifi and aircon highly valued -Michael is a champion with a friendly smile, excellent local knowledge and nothing we asked about was a hassle or too much trouble!
