"Nice and clean room with a comfortable soft bed. Access to the kitchen and a beautiful garden with a mango tree. Very friendly couple, even giving us Chinese tea and food. Would recommend! Good value for money."

"First of all, it is worth noting that everything mentioned in the description to the room is accurate, but the most important aspect is the attitude, which can’t be highlights in the description but deserves much more than a 10 out of 10 rating. To save time, I’ll just share one example: I got sick and needed to go to the hospital. One of the hosts drove me there, waited until I was done, drove me to the pharmacy, back to home and later that evening, they offered me with dinner — all without charging me a single cent (even though I offered, feeling I should somehow show my gratitude). To me, this is the most important thing; you feel genuinely welcome because of this kind of care and attention. So, from my perspective, I can confidently recommend this place. Thanks to the hosts for such a warm reception!"

"The lodge is a comfortable in house (BNB / Backpacker style) shared accomodation. It’s close to town and perfectly suited our ni-Vanuatu family and friends staying in town, rather than doing the round island commute each day."
"It was a little difficult to find, as it was behind a large concrete fence and metal gate. This is fairly typical of properties in Vila - travellers need to be aware of this. Otherwise, it was comfortable."

"Dog can be scary if arriving at night and not used to dogs. Would be great if warning about the dog provided prior. Entrance also seems a bit dodgy and a little bit of grass cutting, ambient lighting and colour would do the trick!"
