"The features and inclusions of the room were great"

The walls seems thin, I could hear the neighbours.

"The place was clean and well kept. David our host was very attentive and helpful for anything we needed. He picked us up at the airport and showed us around Roatan. It was close to West End but not loud like staying on the strip."

Could use a can opener

"The villa size and the owner was very kind to send us to train station when we left. We all love the villa of our 4 nights stay."

It will be better if it can have a washing machine in the villa. Although the self-service laundry is not far from the villa, we need to carry many clothes out and back.

"Good location near city centre (10 min walk). A nice little garden. Wifi and aircon. A very nice and helpful host."

Hard to find. In need of renovation but it seems like it's underway.

"Location was great. Overall a beautiful place with beautiful villas. Would go back. Staff was also friendly and helpful."

The bathroom.. Especially the one upstairs was not functioning and was not functional. It was spoiled and one had to use a bucket of water to flash. The breakfast provided was quite basic and not worth it.

"We were group of friends with families, so we were very excited about place, surrounding, distance to the sea - everything was great! Kids had a lot of acticities, even to collect shells or pine cones. Every room had separate bathrooms, kitchen equipment, tools for barbeque (we need to brought only charcol for cooking)."

It small thing, that do not efect my valuation - sofa was a bit to hard for adults, would be great to have additional mattress :)

"Đầu tiên là chủ nhà rất lịch sự, chủ động liên lạc với khách và hỗ trợ nhiệt tình, giới thiệu Villa, chị quản lý cũng vui vẻ hỗ trợ dọn dẹp và check-in sớm. Villa có 9 phòng gồm đủ loại gồm phòng 3 giường lớn, 2 giường lớn và 1 giường lớn, hồ bơi, bàn billiards, karaoke, khu bếp với đầy đủ dụng cụ bếp. Cảm ơn Ông Chủ và Chị Quản Lý, nếu có dịp sẽ quay lại và giới thiệu bạn bè!"

"Everything was just beautiful. We had hot weather but it was cool inside and the pool was great. Thé location was close to Normanville for morning swims. We loved the surrounding gardens and eating outside under the grapevines. Everything was good quality and well thought out. It was friendly and relaxing. We loved the personal art and objects collection around the house and the way it was so carefully restored. It was a privilege to be able to stay there with our friends from Sweden who also loved the experience."

There was nothing we didn’t like

"Very clean, lovely setting, good size, pool lovely and private."

The walk to restaurants was a little risky as parts had no pavement and some of it is on a busy road. This of course has nothing to do with the property per se but just an observation.

"Great location, just a few minutes’ walk down to Beau Vallon Beach. The host was very welcoming and even treated us to fresh fruits from her garden. We really enjoyed our stay."

The location is a bit out of the way. Only one shop was nearby. So if you rent, it’s better to have your own means of transportation.

Hot water ran out when we all showered at night.

"The house has all the amenities one could want. It is in a really calm, safe area, with nearby grocery store, boulangerie. The view from the terrace is amazing, the infinity pool is a nice place to drink some beers or just float. I also enjoyed the running in the area in the direction of the dump site (I know, but the rising sun is just amazing). Valerie and Sarah were really nice and welcoming hosts."

Having to leave it.

"The location, setting, aesthetics, service, views, everthing was excellent! The property is exactly what it looks like in the pictures. It served as the perfect setting for 5 of us boys to kickback and give the much needed relaxation to our bodies. The views of Machapuchare and Annapurna II & IV are mindblowing and I recommend catching the sunrise over them. The kitchen is well equipped and the house has been done up tastefully. It's less than 1 hour away from the city and is an excellent getaway. Can't wait to be back to this property."

The conversion and history was amazing along with the friendliness and helpfulness of the owner. The kids loved the pool with the different lights and jacuzzi and they had great fun. Also had beach towels which was a plus. There was a full sized table tennis table which was also good fun. Location was really good and situated in a beautiful place. Shops were extremely close and it also had advantage of it being open 24 hours a day. They had bbq facilities as well however due to the weather we never got a chance to use this. The owner even bought and delivered us a birthday cake for someone in our party which was delicious."
