"Clean, friendly and helpful staff, good location, comfortable bed, good place to rest, nice terrace, air conditioning in the room."

There was no parking available at our arrival. We didn't knew it needed to be reserved in advance. But very helpful staff helped resolve this small problem pretty fast.

"The house was spacious (can park approximately 6 cars), clean and equipped with all necessities. All furniture were new. Also, the host was so thoughtful to provide cooking ingredients including rice, eggs, sardines, shallots and chillies just in case we're hungry at night or for the sahur. My husband said we should rate this stay 12/10 :D Thank you Mr. Tajarazhar."

There was nothing that I didn't like. It was beyond my expectation. Perhaps, it would have been better if the host utilizes some space for a mini pool (for those with kids) or put indoor game facilities. But as for me and my teen children, it was great already.

"The Uncle and Aunty were very helpful and friendly. Upon receiving they have explained everything in clear words. Everything is written with clear instruction in the house so you don't have any issues using any stuff. It was a wonderful experience...perfect place for a family to stay."

There was nothing to be dislike there

"Staff very nice and accommodating Public free laundry Excellent value rooms for antigua. Rooms were big with decent kitchen. I would absolutely stay here again."

Only downside is 2km distance into town. 30 min walk or uber for 30Q

Kitchen wasn’t particularly well equipped. No chopping board. Not enough cutlery

The water pressure is too slow and the road to go the house is a bit bad road.

It's a little bit tired, but listen - this is an incredible villa for the money. Ignore the tired spots and enjoy!

"Det var et meget smukt og spændende indrettet hotel med lyse og turkise farver og med fantastisk udsigt til havet. Hele det klippefyldte udeareal med palmer og lamper var spændende opdelt med pools og hyggekroge med forskellige siddepladser. Personalet gjorde meget ud af at give os det bedste værelse, og forkæle os med at bringe aftensmaden op på vores værelse. På den hyggelige altan kunne vi følge med i tidevandet og oplevede naturens vilde kræfter, når vandet slog imod klipperne. Vi faldt i søvn til fuldmåne og hvidt lys skinnende ind på os. Vi søgte et smukt og fredfyldt hotel, som hotellet levede op til. Der var langt til indkøbsmuligheder og andre adspredelser. Mange tak for et dejligt ophold."

This was a good bed and breakfast stay for us, only thing I didn’t like was the price but that’s nothing to do with the property it’s just a netherlands standard thing which is around 200 per night

"De ligging van Casa Baronesa kan niet beter, direct aan een mooi strand, met achter het huis, gescheiden van het strand via een poortje, nog een stukje privé strand. Het huis is zeer ruim en smaakvol ingericht. Het uitzicht vanuit de slaapkamers op zee is fenomenaal. Verder zijn in de directe nabijheid de nodige restaurantjes te vinden."

De huisraad - met name het bestek en de pannen - was niet op peil en dient te worden aangevuld. Verder zouden een broodrooster en een vaatwasser welkom zijn. Het gemis hieraan heeft de pret echter zeker niet mogen drukken.

Would have liked 2 single beds in the second bedroom for the children. Could use a dustbin in the kitchen.

Could pave the pathway to the pool a bit better so not to always track dirt to and from the house . The lounge chair area is tight - hard to navigate multiple people finding a seat as there isn’t space to walk around the chairs . For our group that was a bit elderly it wasn’t convenient

"The villas are on private property just off the beach road that divides the property to peaceful lush gardens with villas and the beach side with pool, bar, outdoor shower and beach area. Villa has a spacious teracce that is perfect spot for relaxing and wildlife watching - birds, iguanas, parrots, butterflies, collibries - better than the Gilpin trail! :) Each villa has own host that met us at our arrival. She helped us to settle, showed us the house and next day she cooked the lunch for us as per our wish - the local cuisine - callaloo, cou cou and mahi mahi and it was delicious."

That we could not stay longer! :) And the fans above the bed were little fast, not able to slow them down.
