It was evident that everyone goes above and beyond to cater to each guest's needs, providing service that goes beyond expectation. ・Thoughtful Consideration for Guests with a Baby We kindly inquired about borrowing a microwave to warm our baby's food. To our surprise and delight, they provided a microwave directly to our room, which was incredibly helpful. We know that microwaves are often not available in hotel rooms, so this gesture was truly wonderful. Thanks to this thoughtful service, our baby could eat comfortably and safely, which greatly eased our minds as parents. ・Support in Recovering My Lost Smartphone Despite my own carelessness in losing my smartphone, the team was incredibly supportive and proactive in assisting me, allowing me to successfully recover it. I am deeply grateful for their swift and warm assistance."

Breakfast was amazing. we had an emergency and couldn't check out on time but the manager instantly extended our stay till later in the day and said we could use the pool and shower facilities no problem - very kind. Then came to personally check all was ok."
"The room was poorly insulated for sound, I could hear next door peeing in the night - clearly. Breakfast for so many people was a bit chaotic and they needed more coffee machines but the food was incredible. I have to add that it was Chinese New Year so they were exceptionally busy."

"Amazing breakfast! Jonathon and the team were fantastic and very attentive, especially with our daughter, who was celebrating her 18th birthday. The location is great, and the hotel itself is lovely. Jonathon kindly organised a cake and surprised her with birthday wishes, which made the occasion extra special. A really thoughtful and memorable experience."
