"The staff at Hotel 81 Elegance are very friendly and flexible. When I requested for a room with a fridge and safe even though I was last minute they quickly found me an available room a few days later even though they were fully booked, and even gave me a choice of room I wanted. When I needed to unlock my safe they came straight away and even changed the safe batteries for me very quickly just in case. Very efficient and a pleasant stay for me as always."
