La cama se movía se movía mucho y se corría del lugar muy incómodo de verdad El tv nunca funcionó Llamamos a recepción y nunca contestaron Mucha gente en recepción ala hora de la entrada

"Personalet var meget hjælpsomme og imødekommende, deres a la carte menu i restauranten var rigtig god, fin morgenmad, udsigten er enestående, og man kommer ikke tættere på Kruger uden at bo inde i selve Kruger. Man kan let booke transfer, safariture og andre udflugter direkte på hotellet."

Buffeten var ikke så spændende, men den var okay. Og så var vi ikke fan af den høje musik, som de havde arrangeret den lørdag, vi ankom. Men det var heldigvis kun den ene aften ud af de 8, vi havde på stedet.

Rooms a bit small, 2 small elevators for all the people take some time. There is an huge amount of food but i for exampme dont eat meat, there is 10 diferent meat plates and only 1 fish option.

The buffet restaurant for an evening meal was not open so there were limited options on site

"Das Zimmer war überraschend groß und modern eingerichtet – man merkt sofort, dass alles neu ist. Besonders schön: die tolle Ausstattung mit Espresso-Maschine und kostenlosem Kaffee. Auch das Bad war sehr geräumig und hochwertig gestaltet. Über die Terrasse mit eigenem Strandkorb hatte man einen wunderbaren Blick Richtung Bodden – perfekt, um abends den Tag ausklingen zu lassen"

Das Zimmer ließ sich trotz der Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten nur bedingt abdunkeln, da durch die Milchglastür früh Tageslicht hereinkam. Bei der Ankunft war es zudem recht staubig, was etwas den ersten Eindruck trübte. Außerdem war der Kaffeeweißer aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit auf der Insel hart geworden.

"Nice and modern hotel in country club style. Very professional and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable. Great option when travelling with car - plenty of parking space."

Breakfast selection was mediocre. Some small spa or sauna area would create extra value.

"Nice and spaceous property just a 5-10 min drive from Tahko Ski Resort. 3 of the rooms out of 4 had private bathrooms, which was very convinient. Also the sauna was very specious. Would come back again!"

The food in the restaurant was very poor - surprisingly for a country like Kyrgyzstan where generally the food is excellent

"Det private spa-bad i haven var glimrende. Dertil var den private have også glimrende, samt at man kunne gå direkte fra værelset ud i fællesområdet ved poolen og baren."

Der var for lidt lys i haven ved spa-badet, man kunne ikke se ret meget, samt at der lod til at være nogle firben som havde deres hjem i haven. Dyrelivet var dog en bagatel.

"Super godt vandland uden alt for mange mennesker og god mad i vandlandet. Fine og rumlige værelser. Maden var god i bar-restauranten. Rigtig godt sted for børn, masser af muligheder, med legeland osv."

Savnede lidt en al carte restaurant. Det var der nemlig for år tilbage.

"Well maintained, super friendly and helpful staff. Room was always well stocked with towels and cleaned. Nicola does a great job by the pool keeping everyone happy with towels, food and drinks. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly and the bartender was always smiling and talkative. D Richard’s steakhouse was great - Steak Diane and Filet were both excellent. Sol de Mar had good Mediterranean style food with a relaxed atmosphere. My husband and I ate here on a few occasions- pasta with lobster, veal scallopini both great choices. Close location to a number of off property restaurants that are excellent."

The pads on the loungers are very old, worn thin and extremely uncomfortable to sit on. Chef’s Table wasn’t good- we ate only one dinner there and the lobster cake and fish were dried out. The pasta dish with Shrimp had the full shell on the shrimp still making eating very messy. Lobster Fest on the beach was disappointing. The lobster was dried out as it had been sitting under lamps for some time. We waited 30 minutes past our reservation time to finally get a table after speaking with the manager in charge. Very unorganized.

"The view from our room, any room in fact, looked out over the crashing waves that rolled in from the Indian Ocean. Biggest room weve had in Bali.The staff were ready to look after our every whim. They brought meals in from outside restaurants. Instead of 2 tiny water bottles per day they provided a 20 litre water dispenser. The pool overlooked the black pebbly beach. The surrounding area was not overwhelmed by tourists and the locals were 1980's friendly."

We didn't like leaving.

After we ordered the food it takes too long to get ,which is really not good

Only couple of persons spoke english. Several restaurants in hotel, but you could only book online with one. When you come to hotel everything is in spanish, luckily I had colleague who could speak spanish so he was able to translate how to book breakfast, lunches and dinners etc.

"Lækker lejlighed i et lækkert område. Fred og ro. Dejlig lys lejlighed som var rummelig. Vi boede oppe ved det lille torv, det kan virke lidt larmende, da folk mødes der, og børn leger. Det kan virke forstyrrende. Men selve stedet er virkelig lækkert. Vi kunne sagens besøge det igen."
