There seems to be a lack of management oversight, with some areas for improvement. For example, one of the bath mats which was in place in front of the shower had holes in it - which really shouldn't happen. And there is a need for a "refresh" of the the rooms.

"The stuff was very friendly, checking all the time if we need anything extra or providing guidance if we needed some tips about the island. The room was very nice, with everything we needed, including in the kitchen. Highly recommended!"

The mosquitoes at the pool ☺️. There is nothing we can think of that we didn’t like about the accommodation.

I liked everything, the only recommendation is more variety of food for breakfast. 4 days in a raw all dishes for breakfast were the same.

"Wij hadden de benedenverdieping van de Villa. In één woord: heerlijk! De accommodatie is ruim, schoon en voorzien van alle gemakken. Het zwembad is heerlijk waar de kids zich ook goed in vermaakt hebben. De omgeving is niet erg toeristisch, maar met een beetje goed zoeken zijn er diverse mooie wandelroutes in de omgeving. De host is erg vriendelijk en staat voor je klaar."

Samt personalet i pool/strandbaren Ahmad og Magdy var gode og hjælpsomme! også et stort skulderklap til Farthy i resutranten. I didn't realise when I booked it how far from Risor town it is - 19km! The address says Risor and unless you look on a map, you cannot know its not actually in Risor, and I needed to be in Risor, but didn't go there by car so ended paying for very expensive taxis. You have to have a car to stay here.

"Alt kunne vi lide, service, venlighed, beliggenhed, personale, rent og ordentligt + restauranter fra forskellige madkulturer. Der til kommer et super event/animations team, der er med til at holde hele opholdet i gang, hvis du er til det."

Nogle gange måtte vi lukke døren til balkonen, fordi der blev røget på balkonen under vores.

"The house warms up quickly with the air conditioner, which was very convenient. There were a few small issues: no shower curtain, and the shower threshold let water through, so the floor got wet while showering. The water heater was next to the bed and a bit noisy at night, but we simply turned it off before sleeping. We mentioned everything to the administrator, and he promised it would all be fixed. Overall, we had a positive impression. It was especially convenient to have a restaurant on-site — we could have breakfast there, grab something to take away, or enjoy a simple dinner. The food selection wasn’t huge, but it was more than enough for us."

Le prix reste un peu cher pour le Myanmar dans le contexte politique actuel même si il se comprend. Le confort du lit, matelas, était mauvais. Les coupures d'électricité durant tout un après-midi sont aussi à prendre en compte. Enfin les matelas et les serviettes autour de la piscine semblent une option.

You definitely need a car and we had difficulty hiring one.There was also no water on our last day. This is overcome by a back up system which needs to be turned on by staff who may not be on site till 10am

"The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food. The tropical gardens around the hotel were beautiful and larger than any hotel gardens I have seen elsewhere in Asia and very well maintained. In particular we would like to mention Mr Tony Tong the Hospitality Manager who was very helpful advising us on excursions and sorting out a serious travel problem (0ne railway ticket booked instead of two!)"
