"Silmar hotel er en del af Cerro Mar Garden, hvor man kan benyttes sig af deres faciliteter. Der er god service på Cerro Mar, personalet hjalp med leje af bil og booking af transport til lufthavnen. Lejligheden var ren, og blev gjort ren hver dag. Der var en fantastisk udsigt fra altanen, og kun en lille gåtur til standen og ned i The Old Town."

"Møblerne i lejligheden kunne godt trænge til en opfriskning. Og der var ikke wifi på Silmar hotel, men kun på Cerro Mar Garden."

"We got to stay in Cerro Mar hotel which was beautiful, spa facilities, indoor pool, outdoor pool, everything was very clean and perfect. Staff were very pleasant and helpful"

"Easy check in at the main hotel and friendly reception Perfect location for easy access to the old town. Bars and restaurants nearby. The apartments are large, very clean, comfortable beds and well equipped with good air conditioning. Very good maid service every day. The pool area is adequate and clean with great views and enough sun loungers to go around."

"The path at the entrance gate is in need of desperate repair as it’s an accident waiting to happen. I’m not sure if it’s the responsibility of the property or the local authority, either way it needs sorting before someone is injured."

"Very clean and comfortable set up. Nice area and close to amenities, beach & old town. Plenty plates, cutlery, cups etc and all clean. Apartment cleaned everyday with fresh towels but there is also a do not disturb sign for the door if you dont want this service. Great pool area nice and clean!"

"Recommend taxi from hotel where you collect keys to the apartment, especially if you have kids with you! Although it's only a 15-minute walk, the paths are poor or non-existent at points, so you are walking on the road. If you are only staying a few days I would pop a couple of cleaning products such as dishwasher tablets, a sponge and dishsoap etc. In your bag. Only a dishtowel was provided for the kitcken. The spar at the bottom of the road only sold large bottles of washing up liquid and big packets of sponges etc, so for us only being there a few days it felt like a real waste of money for how little we used."

"Huge Appartment, perfect for us. We had a baby and a toddler and the cot and bed for them both were perfect. Lovely pool, never busy and a good size. Staff came in every day to clean and replenish towels. I could not recommend this place enough, especially for a family. Any questions I had were answered quickly by staff via message."

"We only had one set of keys between 4 adults but to be fair we didn't ask for another set and didn't really have any issues with sharing them."

"Spacious apartment in a good location near the old town and beach. Well equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Room cleaning service every day. Complex quiet. Great pool"

"Nothing much - minor inconvenience having to pick up keys from another hotel (15 min walk after a day of traveling). No lift re. getting bags upstairs."

"The view from our balcony was fantastic. We could overlook the city and the beach. The swimming pool was quite clean and quiet. Our apartment was spacious with everything you need."

"The property was huge and very clean, equipped with all need for our family break, it even had an iron and hairdryer that weren’t advertised . We had 2 apartments for both families and they put us next door to each other, which we appreciated. We had our towels changed everyday as well as beds made and a little clean! This was such a great service! The pool was great too not too busy, which we loved and a stunning view. It was only a short walk into the town and beach. The Location is great. Price is fair. No WiFi - but phone signal is great. However it’s a nice break to get teenagers away from screens Thank you for our stay, we wouldn’t hesitate to come back."

"Flat is clean. Fully equipped with a full kitchen, waching machine, iron and ironing board. AC. Facilities at the original hotel was good and available for use. Very short drive to the original hotel."

"Checkout process wasn't clear, I thought I could just drop the keys in the box outside my building, but my box was full of strange papers. I had to take the keys to the original hotel, which again was close so was just a mild inconvenience. Would also appreciate it if there was any washing liquid or powder available."
