Gæsteværelserne har gratis trådløs internetadgang og eget badeværelse med bruser. Samtlige soveområder på Monte da Lua har varme, tv samt faciliteter til at lave te og kaffe. Der ligger en række kulinarisk universer under 200 meter fra Monte. Receptionen kan give oplysninger om seværdigheder i området, såsom den UNESCO-fredede ejendom Quinta da Regaleira og Palácio Nacional de Sintra. Moors Slot ligger 40 minutters kørsel derfra. Monte da Lua ligger lidt over 30 minutters kørsel fra Lissabon Portela Lufthavn.

"Late arrival was catered for, position opposite the railway station is great, tourist buses and tuk tuks depart from there. There is a cafe next door and electronics shop (Smart Android) up the road for sims etc. Room was comfortable and house quiet."

"Location is fabulous. Right opposite the train station and bus stops for palaces, etc. Just a short walk into the historic centre. We also caught the local bus to Cabo do Roca. Big, comfortable bed with conveniently placed sockets. Big shower cubicle, good water pressure and they even provide a hair dryer. The lady on reception was very helpful."

"The staff was really kind and took great care of us: sadly, a preemptive fire alert imposed the closures of the major monuments; the staff was truly helpful in searching and providing informations. When the weather took a turn for the cold, the gave us a little heater for our room (there was really no Need, but they thought ahead). The room was cosy and clean. Monte da Lua is really closed to the station and the city center is a short walking distance from It. If we had to stay in Sintra in the future, we'd surely go back to Monte da Lua."
