Altis Prime Hotel

"- I requested the studio with the most natural lighting, and it was unbelievable. - The bed is super comfortable, and I slept very well, which is rare. - The size of the studio is just perfect - There are a lot of restaurants around the hotel - The staff was friendly and helped with everything and all of my requests during my stay."

"Location was superb, it was little bit noisy in the mornings due to the traffic in front of the hotel. Shower can be better, it was a bit challenging to get in an out to the bathtub. Breakfast was very nice, staff was very helpful. Kids loved it."

"The hotel is well located and in a walking distance to most of the city’s high lights. our club suite was spacious, very clean,two tv, and a door who could isolate the bedroom. A welcome drink water and traditional sweets offered in our suite the first day. I liked a lot the sweet perfume of orange blossom everywhere in the hotel! We’re especially grateful to the staff, Simone,Marianna and Joac for their help! we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel!"

"The room was very spacious. We were very comfortable with our 8-year-old daughter. The room had everything you could need, including a kitchen, coffee machine, wifi, and mini bar. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent."

"The staff was super nice, the checkin process was smooth, and the employee who received us (forgot his name but he was from Sao Paulo) was extremely nice and helpful. The room was great, super comfortable, beautifully decorated, with a super big bathroom. The breakfast was nice, not extraordinary, but had what you expect from a nice place. They have a parking garage (not free), and the hotel is located in a fantastic place for tourism. They left kids and baby towels which was a nice touch, and even two small teddy bears for my kids, which was an unexpected and amazing touch. That made my kids so happy that already raised the quality of the place for me."

"The breakfast was great with a pancake station that my girls loved, mimosa for the parents, lots of pastries, scrambled eggs and bacon and everything one could want. Staff was super nice, apreciated them accomadating us and the hotel was kid friendly. There was popcorn for the girls and pastries for the parents welcoming us when we arrived. I loved the divided room with pull out couch, my girls slept on one side and we slept on the other side of the"

"Our first room had a funky smell, tv wasnt working so my girls couldnt watch their cartoons (staff fixed this while we went to dinner), fridge wasnt working (staff tried to fix this but by next morning still wasnt cooling) so I couldnt celebrate our arrival with a cold beer. When I complained about the smell and fridge they changed my room to a room that was all in perfect working order."

"The location was good, with a supermarket nearby. The room/studio was quiet and well-equipped. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I was able to check into my room earlier than expected."

"I wanted to order a particular item (a veggie wrap I think) from the hotel restaurant to bring up to my room as I was very tired, but I was told that that wasn’t allowed and I had to order room service to eat in my room. However, the room service menu didn’t offer the item that I wanted. I found the whole situation to be rather annoying."

"Very well located property, close to key points by walking, very helpful staff, good breakfast option including for gluten free people, had good vegetarian options too. Room was spacious with amenities as advertised. The bottle of wine at welcome was a nice surprise"
