"Rengørringsstandarden generelt på resortet er lav og går man op på etagerne for at se udsigten er den virkelig dårlig. Priserne på hotellets restaurant er dyre ift kvaliteten. Drinks i poolbaren er også meget dyre og det er ærgeligt, da gæsterne selv medbringer deres mad og drikke. Hotellet hedder Beach Resort, men der er ingen brugbar badestrand, men alene udsigt og direkte placering i vandkanten."

"The staff were very friendly and changed the room which had a small double bed, explaining and providing everything on time. The highlight is the garden with all the birds and geckos, the pool area and the stunning view from the pool area."

"The shower was old and without shower hand/hose, the furniture was a old and toilet needs renovation."

"The pool and lobby area were beautiful. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The price is high for what you get, but we knew this going in. You pay for location, right on the ocean. It's a 20 minute drive to get into town to do anything, so only stay here if you like the seclusion. Food and drink from the Pelican Grill was reasonably priced and good portions. Our flight was changed last minute and we had to check out a night early. They charged a $125 cancellation fee. Nothing we could do about it, and I kind of get it. But the hotel was booked solid. I'm sure they booked out our room anyway and they didn't need to charge us."

"The rooms are a bit outdated and felt a bit tired and run down. The photos are deceiving and make it look more luxurious than it really is. We got a "deluxe" room but there wasn't anything deluxe about it. The doors to the bathroom and closet were so thin and felt cheap. They aren't environmentally friendly and only provided little packets for shampoo and conditioner. They should get on board with most other hotels and have large bottles attached to walls in the showers."

"I feel that for the price paid guests should be able to get a tea/coffee in the morning for free/included. I paid $4 20 for an Americano which felt excessive Need to seriously reduce use of single use plastics & styrofoam cups. No need for this. Loads of unnecessary plastics in the bedroom and all single use cups at the pool and for water at the bar!"
