"The kids loved the pool, the place is a bit hard to find but very quiet area"

"When we arrived one night there was no water or light due to the hurricane that just happened, the utilities came on about 30 minutes after we arrived"

"It looks exactly like the pictures and even better! We got a lot more than what we expected. I loved the decor! The fact that we had a good view of the sea and then a private pool made it even better! My favorite part was the private pool. When I come back to Puerto Rico, I'll definitely be booking here again"

"The pool is the main attraction 😍 … you can also use the domino table, lounge around and soak up the sun … Nicely nestled so it’s quiet … uber eats finds you easily and the owners are always responsive … love this place!"

"I really liked the the pool and having a private entrance into the apartment. I also really liked the location of the property, nestled away on a street away from any noise of traffic. Close enough to the airport to watch the planes take off in the distance, it was very cool!"

"When it rained there were some leaks throughout the apartment, but nowhere that it would get you wet, just something to be aware of if you’re going during the rainy season."

"The location was excellent, within about 5 minutes of the airport. This meant we could arrive at 12:30AM after midnight, get our car, and be in bed in around an hour. The place was very, very newly renovated as of Feb 2024, and is in mint condition. It's a quiet, safe-feeling residential area with another tourist rental next door. We're very happy we found this place!"

"For the traveler(s) looking for a tranquil stay in Rincón that allows easy accessibility to all of the major attractions and activities in the area while being on property of one of the best restaurants, Red Flamboyan offers several rooms in two-levels with an additional rooftop terrace for a relaxing panoramic view of the area. The staff is attentive and courteous and truly make for a welcoming experience. Even if you're not staying at the guesthouse, a visit to the restaurant is absolutely worth it as the Red Flamboyan restaurant has been well known for quite some time. El creme brulee french toast = magnifique. Dinner is exceptional as confirmed by the daily lines to get into the restaurant. There are staff members at Red Flamboyan who will make your experience all it can be. I hope to personally extend my appreciation to those individuals."

"Did not know that the lock had the code underneath the locking mechanism, but was resolved by the owner. Understandable about the hot water; took some getting used to but eventually resolved. House needed tissues. The owner was very patient when called to resolve other issues. I would recommend this location for visiting family members. For our family, the location was near to about 4 -5 family members in the Cabo Rojo area. Once familiar with the area, easy to get to local stores. If you are a foodie, you will find many eateries to enjoy local cuisine especially if you are familiar with the culture. Eating along the shore was a treat! Having water provided was a big plus."
