Could use a dresser for clothes &/or place to set a couple suitcases. Could use some towel bars or hooks in bathroom Washing machine was not available."

I loved the location , I had a car rental a couple days and I found parking out front no problems and I had no issues with leaving it outside . Room was much bigger than expected . It has a kitchen but there was absolutely no dishes or anything to cook with but I didn’t plan on that so I didn’t mind a"

"Cozy and quiet place with a great location. The beach is just a 5-minute walk, there are many restaurants nearby, and the airport is only 5 minutes by car. The host was very polite and replied quickly to all messages. The room is not new, but clean, well-maintained, and bright. Cleanliness was our priority, so we were completely satisfied. I would happily come back to this hotel."

"The only downside was that a day before arrival they asked for a photo of our ID and the credit card showing the last four digits. We were surprised, as this was not mentioned earlier. If this registration process is fine for you, I highly recommend this place for a vacation."

"It was easy and convenient to get in, the location was really nice just 5 min walk from the beach. The room was really clean, bed comfortable and big. There were also nice features like the large TV, small pools, AC, microwave, utensils etc. Really close to the airport too!"

"After booking, I sent a query to the property. They took several weeks to answer, and when they did, it was a one-word answer with no qualification/elaboration. A few days out from my stay I received a random SMS asking for a picture of my ID and credit card. I found this alarming since the message did not indicate that it was from the property, neither was there any mention of this requirement in the fine print on Booking.com. So, with so many scams going on, I ignored the request. I investigated the phone number and messaged Booking.com when it realised it was from PR, but they never responded to my query regarding the legitimacy of the text message. When I arrived at the property, I found out that I was unable to access my room. When I called the number for the property, they reiterated that I needed to send the photos in order to get the code to the lock box with the room key. With my room already fully paid for and with suitcases in tow, I had no choice but to comply, but seriously, if this is required, please state it before booking so that guests are aware. It's a highly irregular request, especially when you do not mention that it is the property that is asking for this information!"

"I loved my stay here! So much that I ended up booking to stay here again when I ended up without accommodation for my last 2 nights. The location was perfect because it is not far from Condado / Old San Juan which are more busy and prone to more traffic, while also being close to the international airport. It is also right across the road from Isla verde beach which is convenient if you just feelike a stroll along the beach. The property itself is gated and in a nice residential area so it feels very safe. The rooms themselves are well set up and comfortable. The host was also very helpful and prompt with all responses to help with whatever I needed!"
