"The apartment is in a quiet house. It is clean, there is the necessary equipment (hairdryer, iron, washing machine, etc.) to be ready for various events. The kitchen is equipped, there are dishes for cooking and just for consumption."

"Great value for the money and exceptional and kind host. Clean and tidy, really spacious room plus a separate bedroom. Kitchen has everything you need and there is even a washing machine. I also enjoyed the neighborhood: plenty of nice places to go nearby."

"Casa molto pulita e ordinata, proprietario di casa molto disponibile anche nel consigliare come spostarsi nella città. Cucina abbastanza fornita, per 3 persone e 3 notti va più che bene. Posizione veramente ottima, sotto ci passa la linea dal tram che collega bene le varie zone della città. La zona è anche fornita di minimarket, supermercati e ristoranti sopratutto asiatici in in mangiare (li consiglio vivamente)."
"L'unico difetto sono le finestre non isolate, la sera si sente il tram passare, difetto accettabile per chi dorme bene la notte. Inoltre consiglierei al proprietario di mettere dei tappetini all'ingresso perchè se piove o c'è la neve quando si rientra si lasciano tutte le impronte di fango per casa."
