"Behagelig værelse med altan med en meget flot udsigt over Tatra bjergene. Der var el-kedel på værelse. Meget god og varieret morgenmad. Venlig og imødekommende reception - jeg følte mig virkelig velkommen. Rigtig god beliggenhed - midt imellem bus-/tog station og Krupowki Strøget - hovedgaden med masse restauranter. En lille supermarket Zabka ca 50 m fra hotellet."

"Rooms a bit updated compared to the public areas. In the room there is a kettle but no coffee sachets. When I asked at reception for some coffee sachets for my in-laws they charged me 2zl per sachet which she got from the back-of-house. As a fellow hotelier, that’s a big nono!"

"The hotel is at a perfect location, very close to the walking street, with parking and a 24h reception. The room was quiet and warm, and lots to choose from at breakfast. The staff was helpful and nice, it was a pleasant stay, actually much better than expected, as I booked kind of last minute."

"The location is quite good. Hotel room/bathroom/toilet were clean. Basic facilities were there, the electric kettle was dirty so I couldn't use it but the staff was supportive. 8/10."

"It’s located very near to the centre and bus/train station and the park as well ! The hotel is very well maintained. You can leave your bags before check in and after check out. I think they have a lot of facilities but I didn’t have the chance to ask !"
