"Booked the hotel because of Sauna in the house. It was very disapointing that when my son and me wanted to use the Sauna we were told that Sauna-area is closed because of 5 persons in Spa-area. Later I learned that non-hotel guest were also in the Sauna. We were told to book Sauna in advance, but that was not published on web-site. Expected some dicount because of that, but that was not agreed. So, that way of dealing with guests produces bad feelings."
