"Beliggenhed, venligt personale, solid morgenmad, lækre hjemmelavede lokale retter, adgang til utallige skovstier, tæt på tv-tårnet, hvorfra man har en vidunderlig udsigt fra 28. etage (1182 m), og kabelbanen, hvormed man på 23 minutter tager ned til Zagrebs forstæder, og med bus når man Zagrebs centrum på 12 minutter."

Værelserne har ikke aircondition, men ligger i skovmiljøet, så det er næsten ikke nødvendigt. I nærheden er der en offentlig parkeringsplads, som Zagrebs Fast and Furious-fans bruger til at finpudse deres færdigheder og lave kortvarig tordnende larm.

At der var meget koldt pga varme problemer men personalet løste det.

"The beds were comfortable and if you found the private bathroom the shower there was the best I have ever had anywhere. Good pressure and hot water. The location is great because it is close to the shops. They have a restaurant there and while the prices are a bit steep the food was quite good."

The place is a hotel in the process of renovation. It is a little old and had seen grander days. Our rooms while having clean beds saw windows that had cobwebs on them and flaky paint. The kitchen is communal and there was just one mug for all. The dish rags were used and dirty. There is a huge clock tower which is a feature of the town and it chimes all through the night. So if you are a light sleeper ask for a back room off the road. The bar staff in the hotel were excellent but there was a dispute with the owner who had posted different information on Booking.com from the room we received. We wanted two separate beds and were initially given one. After additional money was paid we got one room with two beds.

"Wangdue Eco Lodge is a lovely place tucked high above the Dzong, with amazing views from the room that really make the stay special. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout. Dinner and breakfast were simple but perfectly adequate. The rooms are very spacious, though they could benefit from a few extra touches to make them feel cosier, as they felt a little empty. Overall, a pleasant stay with beautiful views and a peaceful setting."

Lot of stairs to bring down the luggage and carry it back. The train track adjoining the hotel is very annoying and extremely noisy when the train passes through.

Vi havde ikke varmt vand på badeværelset, men det var sikkert nemt fikset. Vi var der kun kort.

"Super fint hotel til prisen, der ligger i gåafstand til alt, du skal se i Monaco. Virkelig value for money i det ellers dyre land. Der var, hvad vi skulle bruge. Flinkt personale. Der er kun trapper til værelserne, som har mindre badeværelser, men det gjorde ikke os noget som helst. Vi fik lov til at have vores bagage på hotellet efter checkout og indtil vi skulle flyve sent om aftenen. Vi prøvede ikke morgenmaden."

Nogle af dørene på etagen trængte til at blive smurt og knirkede helt vildt meget, så vi blev vækket om natten, når andre gæster kom og gik. Udover det var der dejligt stille.

"Very close Old town of Vilnius. The owner was very hospitable and helpful. Answered always on time and supported with everything I needed. Room was clean. No problems check in and come in all 24 hours. I really recommend this room and owner and I will definitely come back. No problems buy breakfast in hotel downstairs. Price perfect."

He recommended the best route for visiting Petra, and nice restaurant which turned out to be the best meal we had in Jordan. All the staff members were incredibly friendly and supportive. My friend and I stayed at Anbat Midtown Hotel during a difficult time due to the war, yet they continued to provide excellent hospitality and made sure we felt safe and well cared for. "Great small hotel and pub. Good breakfast with pancaces and best scrambled eggs I ever had in any hotel in Europe. They could sell it as separated dish and I would buy it every morning. Lot of TV channels for every taste."
