"Excellent hotel, incredible cleanliness, comfortable rooms. I would like to separately thank the young man at the reception: incredibly kind, attentive. Everything was at the highest level. I have never seen a cleaner hotel, even though I have visited many countries. Next time I will only stay here, I recommend it to everyone!"

"What a lovely hotel, big room with sofa. bathroom was clean, big shower - no showergel, but had shampoo. location was great - across the road from main pedestrian street. Staff were very nice and helpful. TV worked. it was close to Jashar Pasha Mosque. breakfast was standard buffet, lots to choose from - but only tomatoes and cucumber for vegans. Good wi-fi. Our loo was broken but was fix later in the day - very quickly."

"We had a great experience from the moment we walked in the door. Our rooms were ready even though we arrived at 11 a.m. The staff was extremely helpful, organising taxis and giving us directions, etc. Breakfast was good, with lots of choice between hot and cold and sweet and savoury. It was excellent value for money."

"Location and Mr Althin ! Always smiling and ready to help. Need a taxi , a pick up a drop etc. Want to get a haircut , need stamps etc etc he always had a solution."

"The staff were welcoming and friendly. It has 24 hour reception. The bed was firm and comfortable. The hotel was clean. The air-conditioning worked well."

"The room we were in was basic and needed a revamp. I wasn't happy to be charged extra for our second cup of coffee at breakfast. I'm unsure how this is a 4 star hotel."
