"The hotel is ideally located close to the rail station, and is thus the ideal place to stay in Nowy Sacz. The decor in the room was not new or contemporary, but instead has a warmth and style that feels comfortable and welcoming - unlike other more modern hotels that just feel stylishly soulless! The room was really comfortable, well lit, and above all clean. Breakfast was good - and it was possible to visit the buffet and get back to the table without fear having your crockery cleared away when your back was turned. Water for tea was properly hot - which is also not something to be taken for granted. Staff were lovely - I felt very welcome in this hotel."
