"Helheden alt i alt var super - lige fra beliggenheden, personale til værelserne. Specielt vil vi rose de 2 damer ved morgenbuffen. Utrolig venlige, opmærksomme og smilende. De gjorde dagen positiv. Vi havde et super dejligt ophold."

"Parkeringsforholdene var noget snæver og ikke mange af, som der godt nok gøres opmærksom på. Hotellets gæster kunne derfor godt bruge lidt ekstra tid på deres parkering i de små båse. Lidt af et luksus ønske - at kunne opbevare fx lidt mælk til kaffen og evt. lidt bedre TV forbindelse gr. nyhederne. Obs; der er ikke mulighed for at vaske som Hotel.com skriver 🫣"

"Ligger centralt, dejligt med privat overvåget parkering (selvom p-pladsen er meget lille, det kræver lidt arbejde at få en større bil ind i en p-bås) og stor lækker morgenmad."

"Rengøringen var generelt fin men en lille ting som håndklædetørren var ikke tørret af længe. Denne sidder højt oppe så man ser det heller ikke medmindre man tjekker, men vi havde ikke lyst til at bruge den."

"Great location to explore Krakow city centre and also the outlying areas. Also 5 minutes from the train station to access the salt mines etc. We wouldn't hesitate to use again when visiting Poland again. Staff were very helpfull and the facilities were ideal for us."

"We loved the rich variety at breakfast and the comfy beds. Also, the place was large, both the room and the bathroom, and the extra coffee and tea in the room was very convenient."

"The room could have been a little warmer in January (to what we are used to). I wouldn't say it was cold, but you couldn't stay in shorts and T-shirts either. It's also a matter of preference. We can't really complain, it was a very nice stay."

"The breakfast was excellent and varied, exceeding expectations. Very tasty. Better than in some 5-star hotels. Very good location. A short walk to the central square of the old town. Very good hotel. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful. The shower worked well and was very enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel."
