"1 cm støv i vinduesbænk på værelset. Savnede en vandkoger og te/kaffe som man kunne brygge selv. Måske også et minikøleskab. Der var kun 1 tæppe, skulle bede om et ekstra, hvilket jeg også straks fik udleveret. Der var kun 1 håndklæde, de fleste ville sætte pris på 2: 1 stort og 1 mindre."

"The staff is very pleasant people always willing to help. The hotel is nicely maintained and despite having some old furniture, everything is very clean and well preserved. We arrived much earlier. When we were checking in i noticed a repairmen fixing towel hanger broken by previous guests. Before we finished our check in everything was as good as new."

"Easy to find, friendly staff, clean and spacious room — a good option for an overnight stay while traveling. Comfortable beds. Quiet, with free parking on the premises. Good and varied breakfast"

"The location of the hotel is not as bad as it could seem at first glance on the map. A bus stop is located just outside the building while Metro (station Zacisze) can be reached within 12 minutes of walking. And the 3 tram stops (Kawęczyńska-Bazylika, Czynszowa, Rondo Żaba) that are within a 40-minute walk open up the majority of the vast and efficient tram system directly and the entire system if you are OK with changing once. Personally, I both arrived to the city to and left it from Warszawa Wschodnia railway station and both times took the tram Dw.Wschodni (Kijowska) ↔ Kawęczyńska-Bazylika. The staff didn't have problems at all at communicating in English and were willing to help. The breakfast included everything that one could expect at a hotel of this price. There was a sufficient variety of fruit and vegetables, hot meals (even if very few vegetarian options), cereal and dairy (including vegan milk), and bakery products."

"The room door is lockable with physical (metal) key, not a contactless card, meaning one needs to manually lock the door from the inside after having come in, and manually unlock the door from the inside and then manually lock it from the outside when going out. The sound insulation of the hotel is particularly poor; when in the room, one can constantly hear people passing the corridor. That having been said, (at least in my room) the noise from Radzymińska street could not be heard at all. There is no power socket by the night table."

"The only downside I found was the shower had a hot water service problem where I had intermittent hot water supply and occasionally rusty brown water would sometimes come out of the shower head. But by the final day that did seem to clear."
